Chapter 15

HAYES POV

Why was she here?

"The fuck do you want?" I said.

"What happened too you?" She said.

"Haylie. You should have ju-" i was cut off by Haylie.

"IS THIS WHAT ALL THIS BULLSHIT IS ABOUT?!" She yells.

"GO AWAY!" I went down the slide.

"Its raining, we're at the park, and we are fighting. Why?" She asked.

I just stood there silent.

"Hayes, i miss you." I hear softly.

I looked over and saw Haylie crying by the lake. I walk up too her.

"I miss you too." I said.

"Then why are we fighting? Why the hell are you yelling at me too go away?" She asked.

Haylie was hurt. I could tell.

"I want to say why but i dont at the same time." I said.

"Tell me. I want too know." Haylie said.

"Look Haylie... I want too live my life forever with you. I wish we could grow old together. I love you Haylie. I really do. I dont know whats happened to me lately. I think it was because my uncle." I say and hug her.

Haylie hugs me back. We sit there in silence for a few seconds.

"Wait how does your uncle fit in this?" Haylie asked.

"My uncle abused me while my family was on a vacation, i stayed back with my uncle. I was home with him for 5 weeks and all he did was hurt me. Earlier today when you were crying, it reminded me of my uncle and so just blew. Im sorry." I started to tear up.

"Im sorry Hayes. Im here for you." Haylie kissed my check.

"Its raning, we should head back ." I said.

I got up, grabbed Haylie's hand and we walked hand in hand all the way home.

After we got home, i took Haylie up to my room. We decided too just play video games.

"Grand theft auto or call of duty ghosts?" I asked.

"Why pick when you can play both." She said grabbing the games out of my hands.

This is why i love her. She is so my type.

We played video games all night. It was 3 in the morning so we stopped.

"You can take the bed its fine. I point to the bed.

"But ill be lonely." Haylie did the puppy dog face.

"I love you." I said pulling the covers over us.

I wrap my arms around her waist.

"Goodnight beautiful." I kissed her forhead.

"Goodnight handsome." I hear. I just laugh at Haylie's words.

That night we fell asleep cuddling. I felt so protective over Haylie. I feel good to have her in my arms.
