His Abused Mate

Chapter 12

Alen walked me to my first class and as we were walking we noticed something. The thing I saw made my eyes tear up. The thing was Liam kissing some slut. Just looking at them made start to cry. Liam must have felt my eyes on him and when he saw me his eyes were filled with regret. I grabbed Alen's hand and pulled him with me as I walked to my next class. I told Alen by as I wiped my eyes. Alen knew that Liam was my mate and Alen seemed pissed that Liam kissed someone else. As he walked away I heard Gray whimper. My heart ached because of what Liam did. He said he loved me and I love him. I stopped thinking about because I didn't want to cry anymore. I walked into class and sat down. As the bell rang Liam walked in with a face full of regret. After class was over Liam tried to talk to me but I just ignored him. I didn't really pay attention in werewolf history, but all I know is for the project I got an A because Liam finished it.
After School.
After school was over I just later in bed. I'm so tired because I couldn't even make it though the day without crying. I eventually fell asleep. I woke up to a knock at my door. "Huh?" I said groggily. "Dinners done" Sara said. "I'll pass I'm not hungry." I heard footsteps receading as I sat up. I decided to practice what Alex taught me. "Yes" I screamed as I made a ball of fire. Sara ran in the room wondering why I screamed. "Sara, I did it. I actually did it."
"You did what?" I showed her the fire ball I made.
"I don't think Alex even learned that quick. Should we go celebrate with some ice cream?"
"Hell yes!" I loved ice cream it's like the best dessert in the entire universe.
Sara told me to be ready in 10 so I cleaned my self up a bit and headed downstairs. I slipped my converse on and waited. Mason was holding Josie and Sara had her diaper bag. We walked to the car and got in. They made sure everyone was buckled before we drove off. We pulled up to a place called Granny's. We all got out and got some ice cream. Sara and Mason got Blue moon, Josie was two little to get some, and I got a mint chocolate chip cookie dough. We sat down and ate our ice cream. When we were finished i got up to throw away our trash. As i was about to sit down I noticed a figure in the woods.
The figure looked so familiar and then it hit her. The person was her mom. She quickly ran outside towards where she saw her mom. Her mom ran and Skylar followed. Skylar caught with her mom bit noticed she stopped at a cave.
"Mom?" I said shakily. My mom just hugged me and told me how sorry she was for leaving. I have to admit o was mad that she left me with my father. But I mean she is my mother, the woman who gave birth to me.
"Skylar, there's someone in there who wants to meet you."
"Who?" I asked as I started to walk in.
"It's a surprise"
When I got in the cave I saw a lightI followed that light until I met the one person I dreamed about.

Standing in front of me was my brother the wind wolf. He hugged me but I didn't hug back. I don't know why but I started crying.
"Sky what's wrong?" He asked with concerned laced in his voice.
"Do you know what it's been like for the past 13 years! No you don't because you weren't there. You don't know what he did to me. You will never understand!" I screamed at him but later my head on his chest as I sobbed.
"I'm sorry Sky. I really am but it's not my fault. Do you know how many times mom wanted to get you. No you don't. You didn't even know she was alive."
"I didn't know I had a brother either. I didn't even know what I was Carter. I've been kept in the dark about a lot of things." I frowned because what I said was true, I didn't know anything about myself or family.
"Carter how old are you?"
"I'm the same age as you. Were fraternal twins."
"Oh"
We walked out of the cave and I showed them the way back. I went back into Granny's to see Sara looking relieved as she saw me. As soon as she saw my mom and Carter she started crying. She ran up to my mom and Carter and hugged them.
"I thought you were dead" she said. Wait, she knew about Carter.
"You knew I had a brother?"
"Yeah but I didn't want to tell you because of everything happening with your dad and Liam."
"Ooh who's this Liam?" My mom asked with a smirk on her face.
"My so called mate." I told her as tears came to my eyes.
"Did he reject you?" My mom asked getting angry.
"No he just kissed another girl."
Before my mom could say anything I quickly told her thAt we should tell the Alpha about her and Carter.

AT THE ALPHA' S HOUSE
I knocked on the door hoping Liam wouldn't answer it, but to my luck he opened the door. He was about to speak be for I interrupted him.
"I need to speak to the Alpha, sir."
"He's in his office." He smiled but it was forced. We walked past him and my mom asked is he my mate. I just shook my head yes. When I got to the door I knocked. I heard a voice say come in and I walked in. "Ah Skylar what can I do for you?"
"My mom and brother would like to join the pack. Also my brother is a white wolf."
"I thought your mom died"
"I thought she did too."
"Well they are welcome to join this pack. Where's your brother can I see him?"
My brother stepped forward.
"Ah the wind wolf. All we need is to find one more then all the elements will be found."
"Can we go now?"
"Everyone else is dismissed but Skylar can I talk to you real quick?"
"Sure" everyone else walked out.
"What happened between you and Liam?"
"I got mad at him and then th next day he kissed another girl." I said quietly.
"What! I raised him to be better than that. His eyes glossed over which meant that he was mindlinking someone. Suddenly the door burst open and in walked the Luna.
"What's wrong Mark?"
"Our son has decided to cheat on his mate."
The luna gasped and looked at me with sad eyes which was not helping.
"You can go now Skylar." I quickly walked away. On my way outside o bumped into Liam. I felt the sparks that made my heart melt. He said a small sorry and quickly ran to where I just was. I started crying as I walked home.

Liam's POV
My dad mindlinked me telling me that he needed to see me. It sounded urgent so I ran towards where my dad was. On my way to the room I bumped into Skylar I told her sorry as I ran to the room. When I walked in I the room the vibe made me feel like I just got called to the principals office. I sat down and looked at my parents.
"How could you do that to your mate Liam!" My mom yelled at me.
"What did i do!"
"You cheated on her. I raised you better than this."
My mind wondered to this morning how when I was waiting for my friends, the school slut gets on top of me and starts kissing me. I pushed her away but she kept on coming back on me. Skylar saw me at the wrong time I was trying to push her off when Skylar saw me. I felt really bad and I haven't had a chance to talk to her ever since.
"I didn't cheat. SHE got on me. SHE kissed me. SHE wouldn't leave me alone. Now because of her Skylar HATES me! Dad I don't know what to do." I looked at him with tears in my eyes. I screwed up big time.
"She will forgive you at some point but you need to apologize for what happened."
I nodded my head and left. I decided to go for a run. As I was running I heard a girl sobbing. I shifted back and grabbed a pair of shorts that were around the forest. I looked around and found Skylar crying against a tree. I walked up to her and told her that I didn't kiss that slut. She said she could see the truth in my eyes and forgave me. After a while of staring at each other in awkward silence I looked at her lips and kissed her. She was taking by surprise at first but then started to kiss back. I bit on her lips which caused her to moan. I looked her bottom lip asking for entrance which she granted. We made out for awhile until she finally said two words. "Mark me" I looked in her checking to see if she was lying but when I knew she wasn't kidding my eyes turned black filled with lust. I kissed down her neck until I found the spot where I would mark her. I gave her one last look as my canines extended. I periced her skin as she let out a soft little moan of pain but then turned into moans of pleasure. I took my canines out and licked the blood away. I sealed the wound as the mark started to become unique. She marked me as well and then I walked her home. She decided to stay with me tonight which I happily allowed. We walked hand in hand on the way back to my house. On are walk home we heard a branch snap and then laughing. Rouges started to surround us. I wondered how I didn't smell them. Soon I got pounced on by a rouge I shifted and killed the mother fucker. I tried to keep Skylar safe put then at least a few dozen started pouncing on me. I mindlinked my dad and told him to hurry. The last thing I remember was Skylar screaming for me, as the rouge king dragged her away.
