I can never sleep in complete silence it creeps me out and leaves me alone in my thoughts, I went to a town (my hometown) and my room's a.c wasn't working. And because none of my siblings were here it was complete silence. It made me think even more negatively. And I just couldn't sleep and with a.c at least there was some type of noise in the room.
