If you follow the paved path, going past the miles of forest that is on either side of it, the big majestical willow tree, and far past the gruesome tent that belongs to the gypsies, you will come across a lovely stone built house. There are yards of flowers encircling it, that are always in bloom. A lovely little pond can be seen in the front yard, where many exotic fish swim around and go about their lives. There are birds singing, and most of the time you can hear the joy filled laughter coming from inside.
If you come close enough, you will see the front door is almost always guarded by two very large men. These men were hired to protect and guard. Nothing and nobody can get past them, they are practically indestructible.
Months go by, and my stomach grows. Neven had been correct about not being able to persuade destiny into a different direction. Almost a month after we had discussed wether or not I was pregnant already, my body started showing signs. I was sick through out the days, and restless during the night.
Thoughts of our future and what is to come are always in my mind, tormenting me at all hours.
Every night before bed, I find myself peering out of the front window, searching for something. I can feel him near, and sometimes I swear that I can see a dark figure lurking in the distance. Patiently watching; always and forever waiting.
I'm unsure of our future, but I know that no matter what, I will go to any extent to protect my new family. No matter the torture and or pain I will have to suffer, I will do anything for them.
Anything.
