queen of the dancefloor

When you turn
I feel the earth spin in reverse
And time flows backwards
The music draws you close to me
On this chaotic canvas of a dancefloor
My hands surf your wavy thighs,
And your voluminous African behind drowns me in you.
Your spaghetti braids flow like wild falls on your half bare back.
You grind on me and turn my knees to gel,
You drive me till we crash into a wall,
And my thoughts scatter with the disco lights,
The electricity of the carribean beats,
Makes us vibrate like one mortal instrument,
You spin and slither on me like am one of Medusa's hypnotics.
And the night fades,
And so do the falls singing on your back.
You leave me,
A beautiful heap of ruins,
Dragging itself away from the music,
Chained to the remix we did with our bodies.
