Red

Chapter four

I was nervous as hell. I put on a red sweater and blue jeans. I put on a little bit of make up one and curled the ends of my hair.

A car horn beeped. Ally was here. I ran down the stairs and said a quick bye to everyone.

"Hey" I said getting in the car.

"You look beautiful" she smiled driving the car.

"Thanks" I blushed.

We got to the house and I was nervous as hell.

"Don't be so nervous Dinah" ally laughed looking down at my hands that were clutched into fists.

"Sorry" I laughed nervously.

She smiled and wrapped her hand around my hand. She blushed and pulled me behind her.

We walked up the stairs. She looked back at me for a quick second then opened the door.

After dinner-

"That wasn't so bad" I said relaxing on ally's bed.

"Really, I think I was more nervous than you" she laughed laying next to me.

"Really" I laughed laying my hand next to hers.

Her hand touched mine. Her pinky wrapped around my pinky. I stood still.

"Yeah, your important to me , I want my parents to see that" she said.

I smiled. There was a comfortable silence.

"So I heard normani is throwing a party" ally said.

"Yeah" I said closing my eyes.

"Are you going" she asked.

"Oh no" I laughed.

"Whats so funny" she laughed with me.

"Her party's are always wild" I said.

"Can we go" she asked.

"You want to go" I asked surprised.

"Yeah , make some more friends" she said letting go of my pinky.

"Oh" I said feeling my heart sink.

"Don't worry dinah , your my bestfriend" she said kissing my cheek.

I just got friend zoned. I forced a smile. She got up and handed me her hand.

"Come on , let's go have some fun" she grinned.

I couldn't help but smile. I took her hand and she pulled me up.

"Do you really want to go" I said looking at myself in the mirror.

I patted my hair down and pulled my shirt down a bit.

"Yeah, it's going to be fun" she said.

She brushed her hair. We had similar hair color. Both of our hair was dyed. She put on a layer of lip gloss.

She turned to me. I stared at her lips. I cleared my throat.

"Do I look good" she asked.

I nodded. "You look beautiful" I said.

She smiled. "Thank you" she said biting her lip.

I wish she didn't do that. It was driving me crazy. She drives me crazy. In an amazing way.

"Ready then" she asked.

"Ready as I can be" I shrugged not wanting to go to the party.
