Chapter fourteen

Jakes party

I looked around nervously for ally. I didn't see her anywhere.

"Are you thirsty , I can get us something to drink" Camila asked giving me a smile.

"Uh sure , nothing with alcohol" I said.

She nodded and went off. I walked around for a bit looking for ally.

I turned around and ran into someone.

"Shit Dinah that was my drink"' Lauren groaned.

"Sorry Lauren" I apologized.

"It's cool, I'll go get another one" she shrugged leaving me by myself.

I finally spotted ally with Jake laughing sitting on the couch.

My heart fluttered. "Here you go" Camila smiled handing me my cup.

"Thanks" I smiled politely.

"Your welcome" she beamed.

I looked backed over to ally. "So are you and ally close" Camila asked taking a sip of her drink.

"Yeah , why" I asked looking at Camila.

"Like girlfriend , and girlfriend" she asked.

"Yeah" I gulped.

"Just so I'm not getting the wrong idea" she smiled sadly.

"I'm sorry, we're still friends right" I asked.

"Yeah totally" she softly smiled.

"Go getcha girl" Camila nodded towards ally.

"Thanks" I smiled.

She nodded. I walked over to ally and she smiled as soon as she saw me.

"Jake you remember Dinah" ally smiled standing up.

Ally introduced me to everyone around us.

"'This is my friend Dinah" ally told everyone.

I frowned.

"Hey Dinah" a few people said.

"Just friends huh" I asked quietly to ally.

Her face dropped. "I'm sorry I'll—" she rambled.

"I got to go , I'll see you at school" I said before I walked away.

I walked out the house and looked around. My house wasn't really in walking distance.

I sighed and took out my phone. I began to dial the first four digits of normani's number when someone tapped my shoulder.

"I'm sorry , I'm not used to calling you my girlfriend" ally frowned once I turned around.

"It's fine" I shrugged.

"Do you want to sleep over tonight, my parents aren't home" ally bit her lip.

"Uh , I, sure" I stuttered.

"We're not going to do anything we don't want to do" ally softly smiled.

I nodded. "Come on" ally said linking her fingers through mine.

We walked down the street to her car and she got our her keys. We both got in and she started the car.

"I'm really sorry" ally said pulling out of her parking spot.

"Ally I told you it's fine" I said.

I grabbed her free hand that was resting between us.

She gave me a shy smile.

"I told Camila about us" I said.

"Oh really" ally said.

"Yeah, she asked , I told her" I shrugged.

"Good" ally said.

"I knew you were jealous" I grinned.

"Shush" she gave me a glare.

"Eyes on the road babe" I said.

She blushed and I grinned. The rest of the ride felt long. I was tired and ready for bed.

As soon as the car came to a stop I got out and tiredly walked up to her house.

"Your really tired huh" ally quietly laughed.

I nodded tiredly. She unlocked the door and we went upstairs to her room.

She handed me clothes to wear and I went to the bathroom to Change. I grabbed my tooth brush ally gave me and quickly brushed my teeth.

I went back to ally's room and got under the covers. Ally left the room to get ready for bed.

She came back and shut off her light and laid down next to me.

"Goodnight Dinah" ally said grabbing my hand from under the covers.

"Night ally" I grumbled closing my eyes.

The next morning

I woke up to an alarm. I groaned.

Ally mumbled something and got up. The alarm shut off and I closed my eyes.

I heard ally's door open and I drifted asleep.

I heard the door open and my eyes opened.

"Come on, I have to take you to your house so you can quickly get ready" ally said pushing my hair away from my face.

"Okay" I grumbled getting up out of ally's comfortable bed.

I grabbed my clothes and held onto them and put on my shoes.

I tiredly walked to ally's car and she drove me to my house.

"You have 10 minutes" ally gave me an apologetic look.

"I'll be fast" I said and got out the car.

I quickly brushed my hair and teeth and got dressed. I grabbed my book bag and swung it over my shoulder.

I ran down the stairs and quickly made my way back to ally's car.

"You took 13 minutes" ally giggled pulling out of my drive way.

I groaned. "Sorry, I know you don't like to be late" I frowned.

"It's okay baby" ally smiled.

I blushed. She grinned and she drove to school.
