The fourth connection

Mason woke me up by accidentally dropping a piece of paper on my leg
"Ohh, sorry"
I rubbed my eyes and sat up straight
"It's okay" I mumbled at him
I could hear people talking downstairs but it was all muffled
Mason went back and sat at Stiles' computer collecting more paper from the printer on his way back,
Corey was still sleeping on the bed occasionally mumbling to himself,
I got up and sat next to him under the covers because it was cold in the room
"What are you doing?"
I whispered
Mason clicked a button on the printer and more paper came out
"Trying to find out what the hunters want from you all"
"Obviously our powers right?"
Mason stood up shuffling the pages in his hands
"See, they can't take your powers can they? Like it's impossible unless they are supernatural. The only possible thing other than killing you is that they need your help"
"Why couldn't they just ask us. Bit extreme"
"I don't know"
Mason walked over to Corey and woke him up, I got out of bed and went downstairs to see what everyone was doing
Stiles walked over to me at the doorway
"Good morning"
"Hey"
Stiles pushed my hair back
"Thanks"
He kinda smiled at me but also looked like he was staring straight through me
"Hey" I whispered at him
"Sorry, my dad- I just"
He brushed his hand over his face and looked down
"What's the plan for today?"
I looked at him trying to get him to notice
"You and Lydia are staying outside with mason, you will have your phones to tell us if you hear anything or if we need you we can call you down, Corey will get us in practically undetected then we'll get our parents and move out"
We walked over to the table
Scott looked up
"(Y/n) you and Lydia will stand-"
"I know"
"I told her"
Scott smiled "okay then, let's go"
Stiles locked his hand in mine
"Come on" he whispered next to my ear
Me, Lydia, Liam and Stiles all got in his jeep
Hayden smiled at Liam then got in the car with with the rest of the guys
"(Y/N)" Lydia reached through the gap on the side of my seat and touched my neck
She opened her purse and pulled out concealer covering the bit that I had clearly missed
I looked at stiles next to me who I could see smiling
I Nudged his arm then he looked at me and laughed
"You two?" Liam leant forward
Stiles elbowed his head back
"Ow"
"No" I said looking at Liam who was now holding his nose and frowning at Stiles
