The fifth connection

Lydia looked at me
"Will you stop that?"
"What?"
"Pacing"
They were inside the building. Stiles was inside the building.
Mason was on his phone getting updates from Scott and reading them aloud.
"Lydia" I whispered
"Yeah?" She walked over to me
"Do you hear something" she said looking at me concerned.
"No nothing like that" I pulled her to the side of the cinderblock building
"Do you think me and Stiles actually have a chance?"
She smiled at me
"Yes. He clearly likes you"
Mason wasn't reading anything out to us so we went to check on him
"What's happening?" Lydia said
"They have them. Scott says Liam's gotten hurt but they're coming" and within 10 seconds they all come out, Malia leading holding Lydia's mums hand.
"Mum!!" She ran and fell to the floor with her mum in her arms
Scott was holding his mum and Liam was pulling The sherif out.
Soon enough they were all out except Hayden
"Where is she?" I shouted over everyone
Liam was collapsed on the floor crying
I ran over to him and knelt next to his body
"Where?..."
He looked at me for a couple of seconds then fell into my chest
Stiles made eye contact with me from across the car park
He had both of his hands on top of his head licking his lips
I nodded to him he did the same back then started talking to his dad again
"Gone." Liam shouted.
He grabbed onto my flannel shirt and started pulling at it as he cried
"Liam" I whispered
He hit the ground and growled
"Liam" I spoke loud this time
He looked at me and his eyes glowed
"Okay, Scott"
Scott ran over to me
"Liam h- Liam"
"Okay I got it"
"Liam, buddy"
He crouched down next to Liam I got up and walked over to stiles
"Dad! this is (Y/N)"
Noah looked at me amused
He pointed
"This, this is the girl you've spent the last week obsessing over?"
I could feel my face going red
I crossed my arms
"Hello sherif stilinski"
Stiles took a breath in
"Okay well we're going to go over..."
He looked around
"Here" And then he pointed to a couple of trees on the edge of the car park
"See you sir"
"See you" he smiled
Stiles laughed sarcastically and pulled me to the trees
"Hayden jumped in-front of one of the hunters in an attempt to save Liam. She got hit in the head by wolfsbane"
"I know" I frowned at stiles
Then raised my hand a little
"banshee"
He looked down and kicked the dirt
"What did they want?"
Stiles shook his head
"I don't know yet. It doesn't add up though"

I held my breath and looked at him he frowned back
"What?" He licked his lip
"Youuu have sand in your hair"
He smirked at me
"Oh"
Looked down and I brushed his hair with my hands shaking the sand out.
He laughed locking his eyes at my neck
"First one I've given"
I kept staring at him for a good 10 seconds before I realised what he was saying
"Oh my gosh" I pulled my jacket up higher
We laughed again this time keeping eye contact
He wrapped his arms around my wait and pulled me in I rested my head on his chest and closed me eyes.
