{Narrator POV}

Her eyes were blurry because of the tears rolling down her cheeks, she'd been holding them in and thought she was out of strength to cry any longer. She was wrong. Fred stood there in front of her watching the way her face was still and dark, neither of them moved. It was the shock of seeing her sister all bedraggled and wounded that led Druella into a pile of tears on the floor, George consoled her with the help of Molly whilst Fred stood there useless.

"Well?" Bellatrix walked her way over to the silent twin. "She's yours if you want her. The price for her is your death." Fred turned his head slowly over to where the woman stood, she looked quite happy with herself. He took a step closer to Delania.

"Fred no." George stood up as he saw his brother getting used. "We need you-"

"Yes George!" Fred furrowed his eyebrows at his brother. "But I love her, what would you be doing if it was Ella?" George cowered down a bit and Fred walked over to his fiancé. "Nia?" She looked up at him, and stared deeply into his dark eyes as if for the very first time...

*FLASHBACK*

Everyone knew Oliver Wood would be threatening their own lives at quidditch practice, Delania Black aged 13 would simple laugh at him, knowing half the time he was dizzy anyway. She'd been a chaser for a year now and she still hated getting up at unearthly hours of the morning, apart from when the Weasley twins walked down with her. Delania didn't usually talk to them so to her they were just boys in her class.

Focusing on the present, and the fact she was in the air sitting on an unsteady wooden broom, the young teenager flew towards the hoops with the quaffle ready to throw it. "Watch out!"  Before Fred Weasley hit a bludger straight for her, accidentally of course, but it did send her flying halfway across the pitch and sprawled across her broom at the other end. Kristen Stilinkski wan straight over, cursing at Oliver who took it in his stride and beckoned Fred over as well.

"Well done Freddie! You've killed someone." His twin mocked him as they all laughed and Delania sat up with help from Kristen.

"Right, lets get you to the hospital wing," The older girl helped her up. "What did you do Fred? Fall asleep on your broom? I told you these morning practices were turning to shit, Wood."

Fred went red in the cheeks as the girls left the pitch. He knew exactly where Miss Black had been on the pitch, not that he was making sure she wasn't hurt.

"You know what a good name would be for that girl, George?"

"No Fred, what've you got in mind?"

"Dels."

XXX

Fifteen year old Fred Weasley stood at the bottom of the stairs waiting for his brother and Delania Black to appear at the bottom of the stairs. And he didn't have to wait any longer because the laughing soon started.

"Freddie!" Delania jumped down and wrapped her arms round his neck as the three friends got ready to leave to Hogsmeade. "Where to then?" The girl continued as they left from the Common Room and soon entered the cold, crisp atmosphere.

They went into Zonkos and Fred managed to find a spooky dementor mask and failed at scaring George with it so he decided to get Delania with it instead. She was looking at some pumpkin pasties as per usual, and Fred snuck up, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Merlins beard! Frederick!" She hit his chest playfully.

"Oh you really do make it easy for me, Nia."

*FLASHBACK END*

She looked at his nose and mouth as well as examining his hair. She didn't know what day it was. "Why are you here?" Delania managed to croak out.

"To take you home." Fred stroked her cheek.

She smiled at him. "Not possible."

"No it is possible Nia, because I love you and I'm taking you home." Fred stared at her before nodding at George who quickly flipped out his wand and sent a hanging picture frame flying at one of Bellatrix's four death eaters and knocked him straight out.

Druella stood up as one of them ran towards her and kicked him to the floor, Molly and Percy had already disapparated but Fred was struggling to get Delania up, he wasn't yet fully able to apparate out of certain places and so had to get over to George who had somehow passed first time. He had to try though. Fred closed his eyes and thought of home before feeling a steady ground and the wind against his face.

"Where are we?" Delania asked, squinting because she couldn't see that well.

"Our house." Fred replied. They got in and he placed her straight in bed.

"What do you need?" He asked her straight after.

Delania laughed and gently put her hand on his. "Freddie I need a Healer."

"I'll get one for you as soon I know you're okay."

"Fred I'll be okay if you get me a Healer." Fred turned to her and saw she was being serious, he sighed.
