Chapter 2 - In The Beginning (S4E3 Title)

Castiel's POV

We reached the school and got out of the car. I walked to the trunk to grab my backpack and tripped over a couple of rocks. I was starting to fall backwards when somebody caught me from behind.

"Whoa!" He said, pushing me back up and steadying me. "You okay there?"

"Oh.. U-Um, yeah. I-I guess." I said exhaling in relief. I hadn't looked at him yet as I brushed off my trenchcoat.

"You almost fell there buddy."

I looked up to see a very attractive guy with beautiful green eyes.

"Uh, yeah I-I guess I did."

Why was I shy around this guy. I had never seen him before, I mean this is a new school, of course I hadn't, but I feel like we knew each other. Like he was familiar.

In the midst of all this, I didn't realize that I had dropped my stuff all over the ground while I was "falling". He was already bending down to the ground picking things up.

"Oh, um you don't have to do that!" I said quickly, bending down to help.

"It's all good, nothing wrong with helping attractive people pick up their stuff." He stated, stopping for a moment, looking at me, and smiling.

I smiled back, blushing. He had the most beautiful eyes. Just bright green with little flecks of grey. They were mesmerizing. And one other thing, he called me attractive...

"Hey!" He said, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, uh, yeah. Hey."

"What'cha thinkin' about? He said with grin on his face.

"O-Oh um... Things, I guess..."

"Things... Huh..." He said, standing up and handing my things to me.

"Yeah..."

"Well, I've got to go have a nice day! My friends are waiting for me. Sorry that I have to leave so soon." He said right before he ran off towards his friends.

"Yeah! See ya' around I guess!" I yelled after him. I doubt he heard me.

Gabe stood there looking at me with a huge grin.

"What's HIS name?!" He asked winking and grinning.

"Shut up." I whined, while trying to get my face back to normal color.

We started towards the school, ready for our first day to begin.
