SnowPaw moved along swiftly and silently through the forest. On the other hand, we stumbled, tripped, and bumped into each other in our badly misshapen line behind her. Lunar stepped on a twig and it snapped. She was instantly scolded by SnowPaw to be more quiet. After a while we got our line straight. Though we weren't as quiet as SnowPaw, we were more aware of snapping twigs and crunching leaves. Soon enough we approached a tree as SnowPaw stopped and turn to face us, making us all instantly sit down. "I'm going to see how well you are at tree travel." She said and I tilted my head. "Tree gravel?" I asked and Rainbow shook her head. "It's tree travel Funneh." She said and I made an 'Oh' face. "Tree travel is.. well basically it's name. To get up the tree, you need to extend your claws. Like this." SnowPaw says as she holds up her paw and we watch her claws come out. I look at my paw and focus on extending my claws. I've never done this before, because I never needed to. Slowly, I saw my claws poke out. I look at everyone else to see that they have done it as well. "Good. That was the hard part. Now comes the easy part. Just climb up, one foot at a time." SnowPaw says. She climbs up the tree in no time. I went up to the tree and put my paw on the highest I could get it, then my other. I kept on without looking down, because if I did, I'm sure I'd fall due to my fear of heights. Soon enough I was right beside SnowPaw on the branch. When I got there I looked down to say hi to the others, then saw how high I was and almost fell off. Thankfully SnowPaw caught me. Once everyone was up the tree, we began walking. This tree travel stuff pressures our balance really hard. It wasn't very bad I guess, maybe because we're cats. We jumped from branch to branch until we got to a waterfall. SnowPaw jumped down and we followed, just to be met with a Orange Tabby cat. "SnowPaw... who are these cats? You know there are no house cats allowed here!"It said as I looked down at my collar. "Sir LeafFire, I promise they will cause no harm. Theyre just kittens and no longer have a place to go. They are now strays." SnowPaw says and LeafFire sits and thinks about it. "Well... I suppose... if that's the case, they may stay. Welcome to the Snowflake clan young kits."
