"It's 2018 now, as your mother, I'm still hoping for you to get a job. Get a job already!!!!"
Your mother shouted from the kitchen as soon as she heard you yawning from your room.
You stood up, went to the kitchen and hugged your mother from the back.
"Mom! I'm going to get a job. Just wait a little bit huh?"
"If you can't get a job, just marry an old rich man!"
"Mom!!!!!"
You complained and your mom just laughed at you.
You took some soda and chips from the fridge and crawled back to your bed.
After a few minutes, your mother suddenly gripped your shirt and took you to the market.
"Mom! What are we doing here? I'm still in my pajamas, ugh, this is so embarrassing!"
"You're always pigging in your room all day. Hold these for me!"
She handed you plastic bags with vegetables in them.
"Now wait here, I'll just go and buy some meat. Don't go anywhere"
"Got it"
As you wait for your mother, a woman suddenly came to you with 4 men around her. She looks fabulous and rich.
"What are you doing here with those pajamas sweetie?"
The woman asked you.
"I was....I.... Nothing haha"
You nervously replied
"Want to work with me? $10,000 dollars per month" the woman whispered through your ear.
You just froze, not knowing what to do or what to say.
"That's right. You need to think about it first. Call me if you already made a decision" then she left you a business card.
On the way home, you've been thinking about the offer. The offer was pretty big. If you'll accept it, your mother won't be yelling at you everyday anymore.
You dialed the number written on the business card and told the woman that you're going to accept her offer.
For the whole night, you've been thinking about what your job will be. The salary is $10,000. It's very big so you started imagining that you will be a professional office worker.
As soon as the sun started to rise, you prepared breakfast and changed into your usual outfit (sweater & skinny jeans)
"Where do you think you're going young lady?" Your mother asked while you are packing your stuffs.
"Mom....." You paused for a while and screamed then your mother raised an eyebrow.
"I'M GOING TO HAVE A JOB!!!!" you shouted gleefully.
"Is this for real? Am I dreaming?" Your mother asked and felt excited.
You nodded and took your bag.
"My baby girl already have a job I'm so proud! My decision from the very start is right I'm so proud of myself as well"
"What decision?"
"Not to abandon you"
"So abandoning me was part of the choices?! What kind of mother are y--"
"Shhhh...shhh... Go now! I'm so proud of you y/n"
You hugged your mom goodbye and took a taxi.
When you arrived at the address of the woman, you were so amazed by the view around her mansion. The mansion is like a castle on top of a mountain. You rang the bell and one of her maids welcomed you and for not too long, the fabulous woman went down from the second floor and welcomed you.
"Welcome, miss?"
"Oh! Allow me to introduce myself" you bowed down for about 30°
"Lim y/n from Daegu, South Korea. I have 2 younger sisters. My parents were separated, me and my sisters live with my mom. We own a little restaurant, our tteokboki is the best in our district and---"
You were about to share how your mom make tteokboki but she interrupted your story.
"You can stop now y/n. By the way, I'm Lee Hannah. People who work for me call me Madam and they are called 'agents'. You are agent 127. If you're wondering what your task is, ask agent 94. You can find her in the second mansion behind this building. Sorry I can't come with you, I still have a lot of work to do. Good luck on your first day"
"Thank you...madam"
You are wandering around the mansion trying to find the second mansion but because the place is just so big, you can't seem to find it.
"Excuse me.... Sir? Do you know where the second mansion is?" You ask the man who's guarding the living room.
"Oh, you must be agent 127. If I were you, I won't go to the second mansion"
"Why?"
"The second mansion is the most dangerous area in this place. It's like a new generation hell" he whispered to you.
"But agent 94 is there. I need to ask her about my task" you replied.
"Good luck young lady" he whispered.
"What do you mean sir?" You whispered back.
"You were said to ask agent 94 about your task so I'm sure you are assigned to work in the second mansion. That place is literally a hell!" He replied
"Uhm... Can you take me there?"
You absolutely don't understand what the man is talking about.
"Of course, but I won't take you in. I have sons and daughters, I can't die yet"
"Sure"
The man took you to the second mansion and left as soon as you knocked on the door. Nobody must've heard you knocked so you opened the door by yourself.
When you opened the door, the place is literally like heaven not hell. Everything is so clean and shiny. Even the walls are completely white and clean.
You lay down on the floor. The floor is just so clean that you can't help yourself from touching it. You close your eyes, you feel like you are now in heaven laying down in the clouds then suddenly, you heard footsteps.
You hide yourself at the back of the fridge. After a minute, you notice that you are now alone so you stepped out but you suddenly tripped and a guy in a black mask caught your waist, preventing you from falling to the floor.
His eyes are golden brown, his gaze is charismatic, he got a messy black hair and an angular face. Just by looking at his eyes, he look like a guy from an animation movie/series.
This place is really heaven.
