Bath Time

Waking up bright and early to the first lights of day to begin my research. I wondered if they had a what was it called a cell phone or computer I could use to look for schools in the area. We'd be here for a while and he would need to start school if we were to assimilate into this world. The thought lingered in my mind of how would I explain to Lu as he got older what happened to his parents and what he was. After all he is a alphas son and his change and power would be great I didn't know if I was wise enough or strong enough to be able to guide him through it. I was still a child myself, forced to grow up way to fast. Putting those thoughts from my mind I looked over to a lightly snoring luchenzo and began to make my way downstairs locking the door behind me. I concentrated on our room making sure my heating was centred directly on him and his surroundings making sure nothing was off and he was safe and sound.

I greeted Elma and asked to begin our day.
My hearing never left the room and for the next 2 hours he still slept peacefully as Elma showed me the filing and bookkeeping I'd be doing. It was fairly easy and I got the knack right away calling customers to collect the rent of their stay was left to Elma as the owner Allan Malcomber I found out his name was did not want me involved in anything to do with the clients beside giving them their keys and taking their cards at the front desk. I was in the middle of putting a file away as I heard lu start to shuffle around waking up.

"The baby's up il be back"I said to Elma as I began my ascent up the stairs to get him. She had a odd look on her face and I knew her question was how did I know he was awake. I didn't bother to care about that she'd think I was strange as the time passed by anyways.

I opened the door to a yawning Lu.

" Good-morning sleepy head"  I said as I ushered him out of bed and into the bathroom.

" I can do it myself" he groggily whines reaching for his toothbrush that he wasn't tall enough to grab himself.

"Ok mr." I said giving him his toothbrush and leaving the bathroom to let him see to it. Grinning as I knew he would be calling me in a few minutes to help him get his toothbrush back on the counter and boost him onto the potty.

"Dafii" he calls and I chuckle to myself walking back into the bathroom to help the little munchkin. I did say it didn't I?

We got all dressed and went back downstairs to proceed to get Lu his breakfast also myself as I was quite famished. Elma told us where the breakfast room was and I thanked her and told her I'd be back to work after Lu ate and went down for his afternoon nap.

We ate oatmeal, fruit and waffles and of course Lu ended up with chocolate all over his face and hands.

"Bath time" I said earning a toothy grin.

Walking back up to our room things started looking up and I thought that maybe just maybe this would work for us and we would enjoy it here. He could start school I had found a preschool daycare in the area for him, I had a job here everything was set.

I couldn't of been more wrong.
