lost in your eyes

like ships get lost at sea

when sirens sing their melodies

and they can't help but crash

and scream

I'm at a lost for words

for how I feel can't be described

And my heart's pounding so loud

that I can't breathe

and every sound I hear

reminds me of your voice

like I'm stuck deep in the woods

with no way to be free

I'm lost in a maze

with no way out

and no map to guide me

lost

like when the leaves fall from the trees

and crumble on the ground

after every person steps on them

and I've no chioce to run

but the darkness is overpowering

and I'm lost again
