Many pages are contained
inside the bind they stay
some wrinkled from reading
others clean from touch
the words tell a story
with many obstacles within
readers beware of them
hold your feelings inside
or you'll be forced to cry
tears of joy, romance
I cry through the pain
I take my time
learning what I can
but in the end, I know
this story will soon have to end
