Chapter 4: Henry P.O.V

As I guided Chloe back to her room her question lingered in my thoughts.

I thought I was the only one who could see those doors.

Then Ashley walked over to me her eyes were narrow and haunting a tear rolled down her face.

"You leave those two alone Henry! You leave them alone!" Ashley said and I walked through her. She followed me down the stairs. Her cold entity was lingering behind me.

"You will not hurt them! You won't do what you did to Drake and I! Do you hear me Henry! You will not hurt them!" She screamed at me and I turned around to face her.

"Leave me alone!" I yelled at her and she vanished.

It seemed that the spirits haunt me and the halls of this house. I don't know what's wrong with me. I just love the feeling of blood on my hands and watching flesh being torn and creating my monsters.

"Henry?" A soft voice said and I turned around to see a girl in a torn black dress, her skin pale and lifeless. It was my sister Gracie.

"Henry why is it so cold?" She said walking over to me. She put her hands out to me, but I pulled away. Her hand tried to touch me. But it past through me. Her pale blue almost gray eyes looked up at me. She looked over to the fire place and then I saw the knife in her back.

"That is a beautiful fire Henry. I love you" she said and fell to the floor vanishing into thin air.

I felt my heart almost give out.

I can still remember the day that man entered the house and stayed up in the second room. He acted kind and nice to Gracie and I till one day when Gracie went to his room to give him his breakfast he tried to take her. She came running to me and I tried to get the man out of the house, but it was no use. Gracie clung onto me as we ran to get out. Then I remember he grabbed hold of Gracie taking a knife from off the kitchen counter and stabbed her in front of me.

The man fled the house and I held my sister dying in my arms. The last words that left her mouth was "That is a beautiful fire Henry. I love you".

Ever since that happened every night I light the fire place and I see Gracie come and go saying her last words before she falls to the floor.

I can never trust anyone who come to the house so I make sure they can never hurt me. I make sure they can never hurt anyone.

Then Ashley appeared again and this time with everyone who died within these walls behind her. They stared at me and then the walls seemed to open and screaming roared and my ears hurt and Gracie stood off in the distance. Her hands over her eyes crying.

For the whole night the walls continued screaming.
