Chapter 7

I skipped a few hours because I didn't know what to write but keep reading

Moni P.O.V

"so you just dogged that girl like that." I said in between laughing

"yea she got on my nerves man."

   I was just sitting at home talking and catching up with my bro. When the conversation from earlier came back to my mind.

"Trey?"

"wassup?" he said looking up from his phone

"what happened that night, you know when you got" I said trailing off

"look I said ion wanna talk about it."

"well I do, how ima help you when you won't tell me?"

"look just drop it alright, or maybe you can ask ma whenever she come home or if she ever does!" he said getting up with tears in his eyes and storming out making sure he slammed the door.

  I was just sitting there left dumbfounded and crying a little, until after a few minutes there was a knock on the door.

Aug P.O.V

I finally built up enough balls to go apologize to Moni. Even though I can't stand her and she can't stand me she gon have to listen to this apology.  I pulled up to her house and walked up to the door and I was hesitant at first but I knocked anyway.

Moni P.O.V

  i opened the door to see somebody I really didn't wanna see...August

"ugh hi." he said nervously

"what do you want." I said with an attitude

"look I don't like you no more then you like me, I only came over here to get the story straight about what happened between me and your bro ight. "

  I sighed and rolled my eyes i cant stand him. I stepped aside so he could come in and sit down while I followed behind him.

"this nice." he said examing the house

"yea, anyway what did happen between you and Trey?" I asked

(A/N I already explained what happened and I'm not repeating it)

  so after sitting there for what seemed like hours I found out that August for one has a strong NO accent, he really cool when he wants to be and that, and that Trey was in a shooting that involved killing Aug's fam so he just tried to get back at them and cause the hurt they caused him. Also he told me about his mom and her abusive, crackhead boyfriend. That was some real deep shit he told me now I understand his anger but why does he take it out on me.

"dang." I said shaking my head

"what?" he asked

"that's some real deep stuff, but at least you know you had a good father while mine was a jackass from the way my mom talks about her."

"wow." he said

"lemme ask you something, if you ever had the chance to get put of the trap gang and go on with your music, would you?"

"honestly, I've been wanting to write music since I was little. I used to dream about being on stage, singing to the crowd and becoming a role model at the same time, but that all went down the drain."

"dang, but just because of that situation you ain't gotta stop doing what you love it's your life."

"yeah you right,  we'll I gotta go it's getting late." he said heading towards the door but then stopped in his tracks and turned back around

"Friends? " he asked

"yea, friends."

"okay and thanks for listening tho."

"you welcome but now I got somebody ass to chew out when I get home." I said while we were both laughing

"well, bye Moni."

"bye." I said back and closed the door

  we're finally friends.

Trey P.O.V

  I couldn't stay in that house no more with Moni constantly asking what happened, she just doesn't understand when to shut up that's why she was about to get beat so many times by pops which was where I was heading. Yea, back in the day he would ask her to do the simplest shit but she always had to run her mouth and ask questions if it wasn't for ma taking up for her and taking the lics Moni probably would be dead by now. But anyway I always did what he told me whether it was sell dope for him or kill somebody, it's how I survived, it was either that or he would be killed me from beating me so many times. I know I sound selfish right now but I have my own future to think about not just there's, they don't know how he raped me when I was 10, or how he made me join King (his dad's cousin) and his goons just to take out his rivals that tried to outsell him, and the funny thing was that my mom knew about it. But she didn't do anything about it cause she was a scared little It's just a lot of shit I've been through that they wouldn't understand. After a while I pulled up at his house he said he had another job for me.

"hey wassup Trey, long time no see."

"whatever just tell me why I'm here." I said

"you better watch your attitude I'm still your father so you better respect me, now I'm brought you here because I need you to take somebody out for me."

"man I told you I'm done with this game." I said walking off

"you can walk off and ignore my order all you want I'll  just get somebody else to earn me some money, what about...Armoni." he said as I stopped in my tracks and turned around to him smirking at me

"don't you dare lay a mother fucking hand on her." I said getting heated

"or what, you quit, I'm just trying to fill your position, I mean sure she was scrawny and whimpy when she was little, but from what I see now she's a fine ass grown womam who would definitely bring in some cash." he said while laughing evil

"your a fucking asshole now I see why mom hated you, and to think I always took your side over there's your a sick twisted bitch!." I yelled while walking towards the door

"oh son, I'd advise you to watch your little sisters back or else." he said giving me the death glare

"Go to he'll Gary." I said before leaving I can't believe him
