Chapter 16

Moni P.O.V

        I woke up to someone banging on the door then it stoped so i just shrugged it off and layed back down. when i finally got back comfortable the banging started yp again.

"bae can you go get the door please?" Aug asked in a tired voice still half sleep

"fine!" i said getting up and threw a pillow at him

"love you too." he said chuckling still alseep

"fuck you." i said back walking out the door

"when?" he yelled after me as i just turned back around and smiled at him

        I went down the hall to go check on King and he was still asleep. so, i headed downstairs so i can open the door for these niggas who banging on my door.

"hold the fuck up!" i yelled before opening the door "now what the fu..." i started to say until i saw who was at the door

"Armoni Cole, you're under arrest for the murder of Julia Cole." the poliece man said as i just stood there in shock as he put me in handcuffs

Aug P.O.V

        I woke up to Moni yelling at somebody then it suddenly stopped, so i went downstairs to see Moni being put in handcuffs.

"what the hell going on!" i said 

""sir calm down ."

"what do you mean calm down." i said getting a little heated

"sir, she's being arrested for mudering her own mother, Julia Cole." 

        After he said that i just stood there in complete shock, i know she beat her ass but not eneough to kill her. 

"baby, just meet me down at the poliece station and bail me out." she said as they brought her out to the car and sped off

        I went upstairs to wake up King i hope i dont have to explain nothing to him, i dont have the heart to tell him his mama killed her own mother.

"King." i said shoving him lightly as his eyes fluttered open

"yea, wassup pop?" he said rubbing his eyes

"c'mon get up we have to get mommy from the station."

"what station?" he asked getting up

"dont worry about it lil man just put on some shoes and meet me downstairs."

"ok." he said running to his bag of new shoes trying to pick out a pair

        After about 5 minutes he came downstairs wearing a whole new outfit, he had on his dark green and black nike shirt, his grey sweatpants, and his camo KDs, lil man had swag already. we headed out to the car and sped off to the police station, lord please dont let this bail be high.

Moni P.O.V

"Armoni lets go, your bail has been made."

"bout time." i mumbled as the police man took off my handcuffs

        He then led me to the front of the station where i saw Aug and King waiting for me.

"MOMMY!" King yelled runing towards me and hugged me

"hey my baby." i said hugging him back

"so what, i dont get no hug?" Aug said giving me a puppy dog face

"ugh...nah." i said laughing then smacked my lips "c'mon." i said as he came to me and gave me hug and we headed out the station, hopped in the car, and drove off towards home
