Huh...lunch is soon. Am I hungry? Yes, it's been 6 hours. I'm STARVING! I didn't eat that yogurt, I threw it out. I should eat though, it's not healthy.

But not eating will help...

Egh whatever! It's better this way.

Lunch is soon. The bell rings in 10 minutes. Then recess for 20 minutes. Half an hour until lunch.

I can't wait to sit with Maya and talk freely.

She said I have to meet someone.

Here is what I ate for lunch:

A handful of fries and 8 chips.

I feel fat now...

I just got home and my mom has a box of chocolate cookies on the table. There is also a note on it that says:
Here, I saw you not eat at all today. Make sure to eat!Enjoy!

Mom: Someone got this for u. It was on the doorstep addressed for u.

So now I'm eating chocolate. Wonderful.

I think I'll go home and eat some seaweed. Maybe even cookies? I don't know, maybe. I'm going to exercise for 2 hours later so, I can eat whatever.
It takes 12 hours of starvation for your body to eat off of your own fat.
I starved for 6 hours today.
Not enough...

Then again, I actually starved 21 hours. I stopped eating at 8:00 pm.
I stop eating at 8 sharp every day.
And start eating at whenever I want.

20 minutes later...

Okay, I rebounded. I can't do this. I have to diet, but HEALTHY! If I do it this way, I end up rebounding at eating up the whole house.

I'm going to try this where I stop eating after 8, skip breakfast, eat whatever I want from 2-5, and try not to eat after 5:00-5:30. (But I can if I want to)

Exercise...I'm doing it today. I exercise for more than 2 hours on Tuesdays and Sundays. I'll have to try to exercise more...

It'll be WAYYY easier if I exercise.
