i ran to her house excited i don't  even know why but it was like a sudden rush

i knocked on the door then remembered she's asleep

but before i can go she opened  he door wearing a sweatshirt and shorts

"hey calum.....what are you doing here?" she asked with mixed expressions

"breakfast for two?" i said showing her the pancakes she smiles and opened the door wider

"calum you didn't have to" she said like if it was a huge deal

"liv its OK i thought since you were alone and i was too maybe we could spend the day together?" i ask she smiled but it wasn't just a smile it wasn't forced either it was contagious i have to smile

we sat down at the kitchen table

"so what do you want to do today?" i asked her as she was putting syrup on her pancakes

"oh  i uhh wasn't planning on going out at all today......" she said but then it made me feel like it was because of what happened yesterday

i wanted  to hug her but I'm in fear that maybe she's bruised i wanted to tell her next time something like that happens don't even dare stay in that house

but i couldn't bring myself to and i couldn't find a nice way of saying it

"its alright we can have a movie marathon " i said smiling and taking a bite of whats left of my breakfast

"sure sounds fun meet me upstairs with the movies in my room ill have popcorn ready" she said putting the plates in the dishwasher

"yeah be back in 5" i said walking out

livs p.o.v.

cals getting the movies from his house and I'm all set in my room i go to the restroom and apply a bit of makeup on my bruises and stuff

i hear footsteps coming up the stairs and i say

"took you long enough"  only to hear

"what the fuck did you just say?"

"sorry i wasn't trying to talk to you i was expecting someone else here" i say in defence

"oh so now your going to ignore me

I'm your father you bitch !" he says as he raises his hand up

"hey liv i only brought a few because i literally have so many movies"

calum sees my dads hand up in the air and looks at me as if he knew and before anything else happened i said

"calum im sorry but you need to leave" i say holding back tears and he looked at my father then at me and said "okay"

i walked him out and while i was closing the door he stopped it and hugged me and whispered in my ear

"if you need anything call me promise me princess?" it was silent

till he broke it

"okay?"

and i nodded knowing he was trying to quote tfios he must've saw my bookshelf

"okay." was the last thing i said before letting a tear fall and close the door ready for what was awaiting me
