So one of the classes that I took this year is a sociology course, it's the study of human and how they interact with each other. So for a project, my teacher decided to have us work with a partner to make up a religion. So naturally me and Soap decided to be partners. Soap already had an idea of what we wanted our religion to be, we based it off of a story her father used to tell her. The story goes like this:

A long time ago dragons walked the earth with humans. The dragons were powerful with many different powers, but they lived in peaceful harmony with the humans. They were ruled by the dragon of air and his panter the dragon of earth. The dragon of air was calm yet could be wild enough to blow a whole town down. While the dragon of Earth was deep and always changing. The two ruled their kingdom with kind heart, they spent the hundreds of years working together to better their people and their kingdom.

But humans began to fear the dragon's power. So they began to kill them, outraged The Dragons of the Royal Court struct back, only killing humans when they were attacked first.

The god of this world, a being by the name of Navlos, was saddened by this, her two most loved creature, the powerful dragons, and the once companionate humans.
She thought long and hard on to save the creatures, and then she had an amazing idea. She gave all cognate creature the ability to be reincarnated, in the process allowing everyone to keep one thing from their last life, by doing this the dragons could live on, but at a closer level to humans.

But out of fear of the dragons forgetting what they once were, she sent them a protector, someone to guide them. A being more compassionate than the humans had ever been. A child of hers and with every generation of dragons, there is a child there to silently guide them together. For dragon are always more powerful when in the presence of each other, in the presence of there king.

The end. So yeah that story is what our religion is based on it. Our religion worships the god Navlos and searches for the dragons, hoping to one day reform The Dragons of the Royal Court.

Cool huh.
