Jack knew that he had to see the love of his life again. He knew it. He rang her again, and again there was not a single answer, only a mechanical voice, he left numerous voice recordings, hoping she'll answer. Sooner or later he realised that she probably changed her phone number. He then decided to go to her house to see her mother.He prayed that her mother or father was going to be home, so he drove to her house, and knocked 5 times to a beat. Suddenly and slowly the door opened, he saw the face his love wrinkled and worn. He couldn't believe how similar Liz looked to her mother. "Hi Mrs Browne, I was wondering if I could get Eliza's new number or maybe her address. I would love to talk to her." Sadly her mother shook her head and sighed, "I'm so sorry Jackie, but she specifically told me not to give her address or new number to anyone, goodbye." As she slowly closed the door, he put the foot in the door, making it stop, and whispered with tears glistening in his eyes. "Please , I need to keep in touch with her. I love her," hesitantly she opened the door wider and nodded. "Ok, Jack I know you do, but if I give it to you you have to promise that I didn't give it to you! Ok? Just don't tell her I told you, just tell her... that you found it online! Okay?" Smiling he nodded and grabbed her hand and shook it, "I will, I promise.thank you. Thank you. Thank you" he repeated. Smiling she nodded and told him "don't hurt her again. Or I will call your mother. Now go and write her a letter. Bye Jack." She replied handing him a sticky note, waving.
"Bye, Mrs Browne" and with that he went to the shops brought a box of stamps, paper and envelopes and went home. Ready to start writing letters to the girl with the bruises.
Hey guys, just so you know each chapter after this will most likely be letters but there might be a few chapters like this.
Most of the letters will be in Jacks POV but I might do a couple reply letters.
Also the sequel might start out slow.
