I looked up at her my eyes glowing. Was she serious? I love her. She loves me bac-

"Just not like that."

My heart snapped. Everything inside me crumbled to the ground. I felt as though my body was numb. "Karma I know you love me. You couldn't have kissed me like that if you didn't. And I know you had to have felt the same way. Shane always says that it takes two to make a good kiss. I know you love me. You have to love me. We were faking it already so why not do it for real this time? I love you Karma. I know you love me back. Please love me back, Karma. I can't live without you, I need you."

"Amy, I slept with Liam."

Everything inside me imploded. My jaw fell to the ground. My mouth trembled like a silent lightning strike making no sound at all, but you could still see the aftermath. I ran out of the room sobbing and covering my face. I thought she loved me, I thought she really loved me. I couldn't handle it. The girl I loved, the girl I've known forever, my best friend didn't love me back. And what was even worse was that she played me just to become popular. I was worth nothing to her. I am nothing.

I ran to the bathroom screaming. I uncapped the pill bottle and poured the pills in my hand. Magic. I'd be dead in an hour or less. All the pain would be gone, no more pain and no more emptiness. I pushed them down with some water and locked the door behind me. It was all over. I'm gone. Karma wouldn't miss me, no one would. I hated that. That I cared for everyone but when I was down or feeling terrible I wasn't worth a second of peoples' time. I took a deep breath, "I loved you Karma, too bad you didn't love me back." I whispered before I feel into a deep sleep of emptiness. I love you Karma. I'm sorry I wasn't enough for you.
