Chapter 7: The Hacker

After Frederick was launched by someone he couldn't recognize, the masked elf groaned after getting up.

"Man, what just...?" His instincts kicked in as he had to sidestep to the right before rolling to get more distance before taking his aiming position. From the corner of his eyes, he saw a pale woman. Her hair a hime-cut blonde hairstyle while her eyes were a faded blue as if she was very lifeless. Her dress was a white Gothic outfit and black heels with socks to match. In hand, she had a sword with chainsaw teeth around it. Her face was a neutral frown. (Who is she?) Thought the boy. Hmm, come to think of it, her resemblance looked like...

"I need you to be kept away from my Master."

"Your master?" Questioned Frederick. He was confused by this, it took him a few minutes for the gears to move and click in. This woman...SHE IS THE DOLL! "You're...Emuna's doll!"

"You're correct. I am Regalia I am the first doll that my master met. I was a gift given by my master from her parents when she was only 5." This has been a week, first Harry can have robots as his teammates, then they fought a group with the first Omega World Champion in it. Now he is fighting an inanimate object that comes to life inside Omega? What's next?! Is he going to fight a dog that turns into a half-human/half-demon dog?!

"I...really need a rest after this." Rest will have to wait because he had to dodge a charging Regalia. The masked elf retaliated quickly by loading an arrow on his bow and shooting it straight to the head of the doll. Regalia using her speed as a scout dodged it cleanly. Regalia uses her speed before leaping in the air and trying to slash Frederick. The sword starts to make a chainsaw sound while she was descending. Luckily Frederick's reactions were quick and dodged the sword. "Whoa." he sees the damage that could've been inflicted on him. ("Good thing I manage to dodge that.") thought the black-haired boy. If he ever going to defeat the blonde doll he will have to have the reactions of a cat.

Richard and Alice were ready to take on Emuna and the army of dolls. Alice was still afraid of them that she have mustered the courage to face her fears on thanks to the brown-haired boy's encouragements. Emuna, on the other hand, was thinking of multiple things. One of them has to do with the pieces that all three of them has. If Linnet's father Leos Kishima invited her to the tournament, then it meant that he most likely was gathering the owners of each piece. Why? For what purpose? Of the 12 pieces, one of the most intimidating ones is the Pentagram of Manipulation, a piece with the ability to control the minds of people. If that piece gets into the wrong hands they can use this piece to hacked and control people inside this game unless they're protected with an anti-virus program. She assumed that he does have such program, so, for now, she will have to focus on this fight. Speaking of it that gets the second thing in her mind. How much do they know about their pieces? From the looks of it, they seem unaware of the power that they have dangling around their necks. For example, Alice Hishikawa if she knew about the Ragging Sphere she will not have the Pediophobia as that will burden the owner of that piece and be able to do incredible feats of strength. Not to mention that there's a distinguishing aura between being active and not. If active the aura of the user will be dark red, so far she sees nothing of the sort with the red-haired dark skin Japanese teen. Then there's Kurosagi, he doesn't seem to be aware that the owner of the Dragonite Diamond has the ability to transform into one due to the fact that the owner has dragon blood in him. This means that Kurosagi must have slight dragon's blood. There's also the fact that neither of the pieces were responding to hers. She has read the stories that the owners could know the whereabouts of each other because the pieces responded to each other whereas is from glowing or from sound vibrations.

("This is indeed interesting.") she nevertheless prepared herself from the brown-haired boy's attacks. "Magdalene take care of Miss Hishikawa. Use your sniping abilities and the fact that she still fears you to your advantage." The white-haired girl told her doll.
