Chapter 1

{Moshimoshi my lovelies! Yay book two! Here we go!}

Levy P.O.V

It has been a month since Jude was forced to leave the country and Zerefs disappearance. Everyone was on edge and tired. Jude may be gone but the troubles weren't, so our work was far from over.

I decided everyone could use a break.

I threw open the guild doors with a grin."Picnic time!" I shouted. I had already set things up with Mira and the master so they were out back filling a cargo wagon. I got lots of confused looks. "Come on guys, we have been going a month non stop. Lets take a breather and have some fun!"

"She's right!! Come on guys!!" Natsu yelled as he hopped up on a table. The guild cheered and we headed out.

We finally made it to the large clearing deeper in the woods. Dozens of large blankets were pulled out and laid on the ground before the food was pulled out. Everyone was enjoying the warm sun.

Some even fell asleep after eating. Bisca and Alzak were curled together on their blanket, Mira had brought bored games and was playing chess with Erza. Natsu was asleep on Lucy's lap while she used him as a table to write.

I laid back with a book and Jet and Droy sat on my shoulders. Everything was peaceful.

"Natsu what's wrong?" I heard Lucy ask. Everyone looked I see Natsu had gotten to his feet and was looking at the sky above the tree line.

"Natsu what's-" then we heard it. A loud roar erupted from the sky. Everyone lept to their feet as a black dragon soared over the trees.

At first everyone was awed, no had seen Natsu in his dragon body so this was everyone's first time seeing a dragon. The dragon opened his mouth and black silver flames shot from it's mouth.

Natsu lept into the air and roared, his red flames meeting the black and dispersing it. He started shouting at the dragon in their own tongue.

"What's he saying Levy?" Lucy asked as she stood beside me. "Being Natsu, he's just asking what his problem is.... But something isn't right..."

I had studied the dragon language ever since Natsu joined the guild. The dragon roared again. Usually a dragons roar was like a human battle cry, there were no real words but it's feelings were passed through.

There was nothing.

Then I saw it. A faint black aura lined the dragon, and I could sense a dark magic embedded in him. Lucy saw it too. "Levy..." "Yeah, he needs help."

The master walked up beside us," You saw it too?" He asked. I nodded. "It seems someone is controlling this young dragon. If we seal him into a human body like Natsu it should break the spell, or at least make him easier to handle. Can you do that Levy?"

I looked down at him." Me?" he nodded. "I know you've been studying it for Natsu. I would like to see you preform the spell."

I gulped but stood up straight. "I'll do my best." I looked up at Natsu as he avoided getting bitten in half. "Natsu keep him busy!!" He nodded an started zooming around the dragon. I quickly drew a magic circle in the dirt and stood in the middle.

I held my hands out in front of me and formed a triangle. The circle began to glow silver and the power created a wind that whipped my hair around my face. Ten small orbs of light appeared in front of my hands and made a circle. They quickly began to spin and the dragon started to glow. "Bind!" I shouted.

The orbs shot towards the dragon and hit in it's face. He roared and this time it was pained and I felt awful, but this might save him. The black aura started to shimmer before exploding. Steam shot from the dragon and quickly covered the field, making visibility zero. The only sound was people coughing from the steam and the beat of Natsus wings. The wind from them helped clear the scene before us.

There was no longer a dragon standing in the field, but a man lying face down on the dirt. I ran forward with the guild close on my heels as Natsu landed beside him. Natsu rolled him over so we could get a look, and Mira covered him with one of the blankets. He had long black hair that stretched down to his waist and a strong face. That face was pierced with ten silver studs. Three over each eye, two in each side of his nose and two down his chin.

Like Natsu, he had two horns curving out of his head. His were get black that had a metallic shine to them, making them look like they were dipped in oil.

The aura was gone and he looked exhausted, like he had been fighting non stop for days. Nastu looked down sadly at the other dragon. "Lets get him back to the guild." Natsu lifted him easily over his shoulder and waited for everyone to pack up before heading for the guild.
