( ( Mani P.O.V. ) )

I fired my maid the other day. I told her I could handle it from where she left off. She didn't take it personal either. I went into the kitchen and made lunch. I believe she's still upstairs sleep. I wouldn't blame her though cause she's been crying for a few days straight.

I was getting ready to smash on my sandwich when someone started knocking on my door. Ugh! I opened it , Chino and Coby was standing there. I let them in. "wassup bro" Chino dapped me up. I sat on the couch

"Nothing much man. Just staying out of people way"

"Wait before we get into a deep conversation" Coby said "America have went missing" as he said that I seen her walk in the kitchen. She took one of the sandwiches. I smiled and she leaned over the counter to write down stuff. She had the fridge open. She walked toward us

"I'm going to the store. I'll be back in a second" I stood up and she gave me a hug.

"Take the car you want then. The keys are on those hooks right there" I pointed and she smiled. She looked down at Coby, they didn't even speak. I guess they're not talking. I sat back down.

"Yo, Mani that's you now?" Chino asked and I laughed

"No" I wanted to say yeah but it would be a lie. I don't lie cause nothing is ever worth lying over. Coby shook his head

"So you think I have a chance at her?" he joked and I laughed

"Just because that's not me now don't mean that won't be me!"

"Why didn't you tell me she was here?" Coby asked

"I didn't think it would matter"

( ( America P.O.V ) )

I got myself together and applied my make up to cover up my eye. I put on a sundress then went downstairs. I ate a sandwich then noticed Emmanuel had company.I wrote down a grocery list "I'm going to the store. I'll be back in a second" I said and he stood and I gave him a hug. I smiled. He told me to take the car of my choice. As I turned around to leave I seen Coby , he looked at me and I rolled my eyes.

I went to the store to get a whole bunch of food. I picked up almost everything I seen. "party tonight?" the cashier asked and I shook my head no.

When I pulled up to the house I seen so many cars. What the hell? I walked in the house struggling with some of the bags. Emmanuel jumped up and helped me. "Why didn't you tell me to come help you?" he rubbed my back

"cause I thought I had it" I giggled and looked up at him "who are all these people?"

"Come on" he smiled and grabbed my hand.

( ( Mani P.O.V ) )

Merica came in the house with all these groceries. The whole crew and their girls are here.. We have this gathering type of thing every couple months , unfortunately ours was today and I totally forgot. I took her into the room where everyone was at. "Guys!" I said to get everyone attention "This is America" I said and looked over at her

"hello everyone" she waved and everyone waved back then Chino girl jumped up and hugged Merica . I smiled

"America!!" She squeezed her "I stopped by your house the other day and you wasn't there"

Her eyes widened "shelby lets talk somewhere else" she looked back at me "I still have tons more of groceries left"

"I'll handle it" I smiled. I wonder what they're about to talk about "guys help me with the groceries" the dudes got up.
