Joseph's story

JOSEPH'S STORY

Joseph Cody Griffian is the first descendant of Peter Griffian, ever known to walk on Earth. His family came from Switzerland, and England, so you could probably tell what happened there. Almost two centuries past from the time of Peter's death, to Joseph's birth. Although Peter Griffian was grown up to be a wealthy and respected man, Joseph was not. Joseph was never respected as a child in elementary school, nor middle school/junior high. His family was quite poor, and didn't really have a big house, until Joseph was in ninth grade. Joseph Cody Griffian was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in a small apartment building, (he was born in his family's apartment because they couldn't afford the medical bills, so it was June 4th, 1997. When Joseph first entered schools the children would bully him for being to small, or being to smart. He would often come home crying, from his peers, and never wanted to have human contact for a long time. The bullying had gotten worse by middle school. Joseph was teased, tripped, made fun of, talked about, and it seemed to never stop. So, it was eighth grade, and he had considered suicide, and dying his depression slowly settled in, while he only had one friend, well... Till they made fun of her, she then left him, like the rest of the children, self harm, just wasn't enough any more. So he grabbed the bottle of asprin, wrote a suicide note, and his mother found him opening the bottle, and started sobing. She took him to the hospital, and support groups, but he was still depressed. So one day, his father told Joseph and his mother that he had gotten a job, as the Vice President of CompuCom, and they were moving to Kentucky, towards the headquarters in one month. About a week later, Joseph's depression seemed to go away suddenly, at school he was taking charge, so he wasn't crying anymore. So, Joseph moved into a mansion, and seemed much happier. He soon met Jamie at school on the first day, and immediately knew he loved her. Joseph was part of the athletic group of popular teenagers at school. But... He did not know that he was a prodigy. His friends would tease his about Jamie all the time, and well... He said she was special in a way. Although, he didn't even know how special he was, till his investigation.
