I'm Addison. Not Addy, or Adds, or any other stupid nickname. Just Addison. I'm 16 years old, and at the moment I'm in year 10.

I live with my family in Sydney, but not the part that you see in magazines and movies; the western part of Sydney, which is where I have grown for the past 16 boring years of my life.

Well it wasn't that boring until my bestfriend of 10 years basically just walked out on me. His name was Luke. Luke Hemmings. Ever heard of him? He's in this band called 5 Seconds of Summer. It all started when he posted a couple of videos of him singing cover on YouTube, and then he added a couple of friends into the group. Eventually they became popular, so he went on tour and forget about me.

Of course I was happy for him; who wouldn't be happy if their bestfriend because a pop star? That's not what I'm mad about though. I'm mad because we were the best of friends and he hasn't even tried once to get ahold of me. You see, he's been gone for 14 months. In this time period I haven't even gotten one phone call, a text message, hell I haven't even gotten a freaking email.

Before he left he promised me that the fame wouldn't change him and he would at least talk to me once a week. Well it worked out for the first two weeks but then it stopped. I tried calling him but it would always say "the number you have called is currently unavailable blah blah blah".

All I know is that if I ever see that boy again he's going to get what he deserves. He doesn't know the pain I went through while he has been gone. I literally have no friends now. The people that Luke and I used to hangout with stopped talking to me because they were only his friend for his 'fame'.

Well now I do online schooling and

I don't have to worry about my old 'friends' anymore.

Well that was a pretty bad start. Hope you enjoyed though.
