Chapter Two

Friday. The day I go to America. The place I will spend all of my summer at in Los Angeles. Home of the Angels.

At the moment it was Thursday afternoon, and I'm trying to finish packing all of the things I will need for a freaking awesome summer.

"Addison if you're not done packing before dinner I'm going to have to cancel your flight because apparently you don't have enough time to pack since all you do is sit at home every day." My mom said with a smirk.

"I'll make sure to tell all of the hot boys in LA that I won't be able to make it this summer then." I replied.

"Oh that makes me feel so much better about sending you for three months to the other side of the world."

"Just kidding mom, the only boys you have to worry about me spending time with is grandpa."

Yea right. I'm going to go find all of those hot boys in LA. Especially the ones who like music as much as I do. My mom was letting me spend the summer with my grandparents in their home for the whole summer. I was so surprised when she said I could actually go that I literally asked her over and over again that day to make sure she wasn't just kidding around.

I feel kind of bad leaving her for three whole months though. The only person she has to keep her company is my older brother but he's rarely even at the house. He's 18, and he works at this awesome music shop in the town I live in. He's a manager there so he has to work 6 days a week from 10 AM to closing. I'm not going to lie, he's a hard worker. Plus he lets me listen to all of the CDs that haven't even been released yet but they had already been shipped to the store, which makes him a pretty awesome big brother.

By the time I was done packing it was already 11:43 PM. I needed to get sleep because my flight left at 7:30 AM, so I needed to be up by 4:30 to get ready.

I headed to my bathroom first to take off my makeup and brush my teeth before I went to bed. As I was walking back to my room I stopped and went into my moms room first to say goodnight. When I made it to my room I plugged my phone in and set my alarm for in the morning.

This would be the last night in Australia for three months... Yay.

Well I know it was short but I just wanted to upload something.

Hope you enjoyed.
