The second Jennie opened her eyes, she felt the strongest pain sting her head, resulting in her holding onto it for several seconds before finally leaving her shell that was her bed.
Jennie used to wake up with a frown each day, or basically used to curse the mornings. She was not a morning person nor was she good at keeping up with her business in the bright sun-warmed day starter.
She swung her legs off the bed, her feet slipping inside her small sandals naturally. Her pajama bottoms stuck to her body perfectly, her curves getting to shine. Standing on her feet and balancing her body to get used to the position, she blinked her eyes. Occasionally keeping them closed for longer to make her eyelids feel less heavy.
The pounding headache never left her side, though.
A small groan escaped her lips, her thumb brushing against her temples to ease the triggering pain. She had never drank even a sip of alcohol in her entire life, good to say she would throw up even watching people drink it like it's just another shot of water.
But the pain in her head told her that someone might have sneaked in some drugs in her dinner last night, not to mention Joy and Junhoe were stealing glances and breaking into small giggles one after another.
She had to give them a beating or confront them.

"Which one of you fuckers did it again?"
The living room of their house was filled with amusement, yes that's right. A house, bought with the help of everyone working jobs at different centers. The circumstances had left no choice for them.
It was good to say that the space was reasonable and enough for sixteen people, who usually only spent their nights here.
But who knew when a person or two came in stumbling and begged them for help as well?
Jennie's attention was focused on Jinhwan's face spitting out random cuss words, they left his mouth automatically at the two poor souls with their heads hung low in shame.
But Jennie could swear she saw both of them grinning and biting their lips to stop laughter from erupting.
She couldn't help but crack a smile of her own too.
These people present here made her soft, made her feel at home. She could never even raise her voice at her companions. They were broken souls just like her, some had to witness murder while some heard it through words. Needless to say, both parties had suffered the same heartache.
"Okay okay, that's enough." Jennie stood up from her seat and rested her arm on Jinhwan's shoulder, "You're still quite short huh?"
Jinhwan's face turned into a scowl as he pushed Jennie off, "Fuck you, I was on your side!"
Jennie shrugged with a mischievous grin plastered over her face, "Never asked you to."
Jinhwan's mouth opened to retort but no words came out, just the stifling of laughter was audible.
Soon, Jinhwan flashed his own smile too, "Welcome back, Jen."
He ruffled her hair, making her flinch and pout, "I spent a solid fifteen minutes on them!"
Jinhwan shrugged, "Girls Girls Girls!"
Jennie ignored his mimicking and turned to Joy, "Where's Irene?"
Joy stood up and grabbed an apple from the table, "Probably crying over how dumb we are," she shrugged.
Jennie shook her head, "Child, behave."
