Chapter 3 ~~ Location, Location, Location.

~~A.N.~~

Just a quick thanks again for still reading! There are a few hidden music jokes & great sci-fi movies mentioned. Fair winds! :)

(Sorry this one's a bit short but I needed to get into the characters)

Soon the groups were made & Mr.Welpish motioned for me to stand at the front with him. Here we go. I sucked in my stomach & walked up, just to be followed by 24 pairs of eyes. Yeah fuckers, stare all you damn want.

"Class, this is our new student, Veranyca Allee. What group wants another teen spirit?", Mr.Welpish looked around as a person from every group raised their hand.

I was surprised, each group was volunteering to take me in. Each group was slightly different though. The jock looking type, punk rockers, stoners/skater/grunge looking people, & then the clean cut people that have money to waste at stores like M.A.C. & Hollister. I was hoping for the punk kids! The pretty girl from earlier was looking right at me & luckily, she was the one raising her hand. She wants to meet me.

"Well Veranyca, it looks like it's up to you. Choose wisely." Mr.Welpish was waiting for my answer, also all the eager raised hands.

"Erm, no offence to anyone, but I think I fit in better over there." I nodded my head toward the rocker kids.

"Is that your final answer?" Mr.Welpish held an imaginary microphone towards me.

"Yeah? That's cool with you, right?" I asked sarcastically with a straight face.

"Wise answer. May the force be with you." He waved his hand toward my chosen group.

I patted his shoulder & chuckled, "Thanks Yoda."

I got an extra desk & the group moved so I could slide into their circle. We all got packets from Mr.Welpish & he returned to his desk. He slowly turned up the volume on his laptop, which was playing some old rock. Seemed like a good time to start working.

"So, new girl?" A voice said in my direction.

        Oh God, here we go.
