I Need You Back... (Part Two)

The Princess

* At the Border *

Finally reaching the border, you could tell we were out of the land of fire; The trees were gone and replaced with rock, the grass was replaced by concrete ground, the clear blue sky replaced with red skies.. It was like a whole new world.

"This place freaks me out" Naruto whispered and Sakura nodded. "It looks a bit dangerous" she said and Kakashi walked forward till two ninja stopped him instantly.

"State your name and business". The man had short spiky black hair and green eyes. His face was covered though by a mask like Kakashi's but he showed both his eyes. "We were sent by Lady Tsunade, the Hokage of Konohagakure, to deliver this package and protect the princess for a day" Kakashi stated and the other man nodded before vanishing.

"You may pass. Are these children with you?" he asked as he eyed each one of us up. "My students. Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki-" I gave him a slight glare and he obliged "And Ryosuke. I am Kakashi Hatake".

I gave a slight sigh of relief and the man moved to the left a little. "Kakashi Hatake... The copy-cat ninja who has copied one thousand jutsu's" he observed and Kakashi gave a slight nod. "Hmph, you may pass then. Keep heading up north till you see a large gate. Tell the guards that your here to deliver the package and to protect the princess. They will let you through and lead you to the princess"

We all nodded with gratitude and he let us pass through. Stepping into the new world, I saw that it was quite dark yet the mountains were covered with red dust like sand. But it wasn't sand, it was just the glew if the sun setting over the mountains.

It was beautiful yet I wished that Lenora was here with me. Just when I thought of her, I saw that I was quite behind from the rest and ran up to them to catch up. Just when I was running, I felt like I was being watched so I turned to the barren land to see a figure zap across it.

'The hell?!' I thought and saw a dust trail floating no where. "Ryosuke you coming or what?" Sasuke said, standing next to me. "Huh what?" I asked and he sighed. "Come on, you're lagging behind" he said and he walked with me to the rest of the group.

"You started to day dream again. What you see this time?" Sasuke asked and I looked at him. "Oh, well I thought I saw something just run across that field in less then a second" I said. Sasuke then turned to me in surprise and I shrugged.

"It was probably nothing so yeah" I said and he looked in the area to see where the dust trail was. "Well, something did zoom across there at break neck speed" he examined and I nodded. "Maybe a eagle" I said but we remained silent till we chuckled. "Yeah, a eagle".

We continued to walk forward and we came towards a large gate like the ninja said. "Welcome to the village of the rock. May I ask why you are here?" the person asked.

They covered their entire face and they were as tall as me. Their eyes were hidden by a mask and I only saw their iris and pupil. They had a light blue eye colour and their hair was tied up. Possibly a female.

"We are here to deliver a package to the princess and to protect her for a day" Kakashi stated and the person nodded. "Ah yes, the princess. Well, she's up here". They pulled off the mask and a girl stood with her eyes beaming from her tanned skin.

"I'm Suzume, the princesses maid and protector. However, I have a mission to attend to so I need you to take care of her for me" she said. "What's the princess look like?" Naruto hinted and the girl chuckled.

"She's quite small for her age but she's popular and very friendly. Cute and cuddly, she's a friend to everybody" Suzume said and Naruto cheered. "How old is she? Maybe we could date if she's that cute" Naruto said, muttering the last part.

"You'll see. Well, I'll escort you to her. Please, this way" she said and Suzume leapt off high and we just managed to catch up to her. She leapt on some homes and then to a large castle which held trees and a pond.

"The Princess is with her mother at the moment in the conference room" Suzume said and bowed slightly before jumping off and away. We all looked at each other and Sakura began to walk towards the doors.

Kakashi tried to stop her bury she had knocked and three large guards were there with large swords. One must have thought that Sakura was a threat and swung their sword down but Sasuke and Naruto had leapt forward and blocked the sword coming down.

"State your business and why are you at the castle?!" he roared and I presented the box. "We are here because we were sent on a mission to protect the princess and give her this package" I said.

He stood back and placed his sword into his scabbard where it belonged. "Sorry for my actions. Please, enter" he said to Sakura and she shivered slightly, eyeing up the man who almost killed her.

Inviting us in, the corridors were painted gold and the floor danced with silver. There was many photos of the previous kings and queens but non so far of the princess or her family. Naruto speeded down the corridor but I stopped him to say that he was moving to fast.

"Ryosuke, coz your my friend and everything, can I give the princess her package?" he asked and I chuckled a little. "Sure, but when you are giving it to her, do it gently and don't rush it" I said and he nodded, letting his hair flap forward and back quickly.

"Thanks Ryosuke!" Naruto yelled and he partially deafened me. "Visitors, this way please" a man said in a suit. Me, Kakashi, Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto followed him into a large room and saw three thrones.

One for the king, one for the queen and one for the princess.

"Guys, bow now. Naruto, when she says rise, walk forward and present the package to her" Kakashi said and trumpets began to play.

We all bowed respectfully and our heads faced the ground as I heard heels touch the ground. The trumpets continued until they stopped and a voice echoed throughout the room.

"Rise fellow comrades". I lifted my head immediately and saw a woman wearing a long green dress with jewels and a small crown on her long blonde hair. "Princess?" Naruto said and she shook her head. "No, I am her mother. Kyoko, come" she said and small footsteps were heard.

"Coming okaa-san!" we heard and a small girl around twelve came out with her hair in one plait to her left and was a white blonde colour. "Kyoko, your package has arrived." her mother said and she stood straight.

Naruto got up and walked towards her, bowing down and giving her the package. "What is your name?" she asked and Naruto still looked down and spoke. "Naruto Uzumaki Princess Kyoko" he said. She smiled and walked up to him and took the package with her cloaked hands.

She wore a light blue dress and a small tiara was placed on her hair. She was around the same age as us and she ordered us to stand straight.

"I'll leave you Kyoko. Be good" he mother said and left the room. Kyoko then let out a large sigh and pulled the strings on her dress to loosen it. "So, what's your names?" she asked and we all went in order.

"Sasuke Uchiha. The final boy in my clan. At your service"

"Sakura Haruno. Medical Ninja your majesty"

"Kakashi Hatake. The copy-cat ninja"

Then it was my turn. 'Should I tell her my full name or not?' I thought and she spoke up. "Hello?" she said and I bowed. "Sorry My Lady. Ryosuke No Harou at your service" I said and I heard her squeal. "Good help of the waves? Cool" she said and she put the package down.

I saw her turn to open it and two weapons came out of it. "Finally, I have my own weapons..." she muttered and turned to us.

"I want to fight three of you, one at a time" she said as she pulled out two daggers with red hilts and red patterns going down the daggers.
