Our car pulls up outside of the shack we will be calling home next. I glance down when I feel my phone buzz in my hand.
"I'm almost there. Should be about 5 more minutes."
"Great because we just got here."
I grabbed my two suitcases out of the trunk and brought them inside. I ran upstairs an immediately selected the largest bedroom for myself.
"I call it!!!!" I shout downstairs.
"No fair!" I hear Cherry whine.
"Why does she get the biggest bedroom?!" Zeus bitches.
"Y/N!!!!" My mom screams at me. "I'm coming up there!!" I could hear her footsteps slam into the landing. I stood quickly. My phone showed "I'm here" from Jughead. I ran at light speed.
I pushed my two suitcases out of the window and jumped out just as my mom turned the corner. I fell to the ground, grabbed their handles, and ran. Right into Jughead.
"Are you ok?" He asked quickly.
"No, we need to get out of here now!" I reply and start running across the yard.
"Y/N!!!!! IM GONNA KILL YOU!!!" I could hear her screeching from across the yard.

Time skip.

We had been running for 15 minutes. I sat down on my suitcases.
"Ok, tell me what happened." Jughead breathes.
"Uh... I went upstairs... and called the... big bedroom..." I said between breathes. "My siblings wanted the biggest bedroom... my mom was coming upstairs... I knew she was gonna hit me..." I let a tear go. "I had to get out." Tears streamed my face.
"Hey, hey, it's ok. You can stay at my house." I looked up.
"Really?"
"Of course." I hug him.
"Thank you." I say.
"Now, come on. It's getting dark out."
It was true. I saw the shadows lengthen as we trudge along the dirt floor.
"We're here." I look up. I see a trailer park with a bunch of beat up, run down trailers.
"Which one is yours?" I ask. He walked up the most beat up one and opened the door.
"Home." He says. I look at him and smile.
"I can't thank you enough Jughead."
"Hey, just your smile is thanks enough."
He leaned in close to me. I smiled. He leaned in slowly my smile dropped. I don't know what came over me. I kissed him. Passionately.
"Jughead." I say. "I-." He cut me off with another kiss.
I look into his eyes. He looks into mine. He puts a finger over my mouth.
"Don't say anything. I just needed to kiss you." I smile.
"I never said I didn't like it." I said coyly.
His hand cupped my face and he kissed me again. He pulled away and I looked down.
"Oh! Right. Let me show you your room." He said tucking some of his hair up into his beanie.
He showed me a small trailer bedroom.
"You will be sleeping here." He gazed at me.
"Where will you be?" I inquired.
"On the couch."
"No!" I exclaimed.
"There's not really another option."
"Yes there is. We share the bed."
"Really?" He nervously looked down.
"Yeah, why not?"
"I don't know..."
"Then there's no other option. We'll share the bed." I smile at him. He smiles back.
"Well, if you want to change." He said, gesturing to the room. I nod.
I set the suitcases on the bed as Jughead walked away. I pulled out a tank top and some short shorts, both black.
"I'm done!" I hollered. Jughead shuffled in, wearing a T-shirt and knee length shorts. I patted the bed next to me. I smiled. He grinned back at me. He laid down.
"I know it's not much of an upgrade..." Jughead trailed off.
"No, it's perfect." I gaze into his eyes. "The only bummer is I have to go to school tomorrow."
"Which school?"
"Riverdale High." Jughead nodded.
"That's where I go."
"Perfect." I lay my head down and he does the same.
I fall asleep gazing into his eyes.

Time skip.

I woke up that morning with my hands intertwined with Jughead's. I look over at him sleeping blissfully. Like he didn't take in a runaway last night. Like he didn't kiss her multiple times. Like he didn't create a love story that wasn't supposed to be.
"Good morning, sleepy head." I say as his eyes slowly open.
"Good morning." He sits up and kisses my hand that was in his. I giggle.
"What's on the agenda for today?" I ask.
"Well, school. Sadly." I laugh.
"It'll be ok if I have some classes with you." I say. He smiles.
"Same here." He gets up. "Do you want anything for breakfast?"
"Oh no. I don't eat breakfast normally." I gaze at the floor. "Not like I have a choice." He pated my back.
"Don't worry. What ever you want."
"Yeah right. It's never been what I want. I hate it when people give me a things." He pulls my face up to look at his.
"I'm sure I can turn that hate into something else." He kisses my lips softly.
He grabs my hand and helps me up.
"M'lady." He says. I giggle. I take his hat and put it in my head. "Princess." He picks me up, bridal style and brings me over to my suitcases.
"What regal dress shall it be today, my fair maiden?"
"A black Fall Out Boy T-shirt, and a pair of black shorts." I giggle. He pulls it out for me.
"I LOVE Fall Out Boy, too." He says.
"Everything about you is perfect." I say as I begin to take my shirt off.
"Are you sure you wouldn't like me to leave first?" I shook my head.
"Stay." I say, raising my eyebrow.
He changes his shirt into a Fall Out Boy T-shirt to match mine. I grab my phone and begin to play a song for us softly.
"And all the guys are smoking menthols, girls are getting back rubs!" We sing together. I begin to sing the next part, but he pushes me over before I can.
I fall onto the bed but before I do, I grab Jughead's hand. He falls with me.
