I was one of the lucky few
born and raised in Albertville, Alabama!
were their is Aggie Pride
and hills as high as the skies
Where I'll always have friends
who love me for me
Where the grass is green
and the waters clean...
Where I grew up
to be good and strong...
Where the almo mater
is loved and sung
I thank Albertville, Alabama
for helping me become
I am the person
I always will be...
Albertville is where kids can laugh and play
Where the chior sings freely
and people say what they have to say
and the Albertville swim team
is wear I met my second family
even though some were shy
and didn't talk to me...
Albertville also holds another
treasure of mine
The Albertville "Aggie" Band
stands true and fine...
In Albertville, Alabama
God is always there--
for our chruches are the best
and love eveyone there...
Albertville, Alabama is my home
the place where my roots have grown
Albertville is small and quiet
and we don't have a lot of money
and even though the tornadoes
cross our paths...
We rise up one again
to be the best of the best!
Like I said once before
we don't have lots of money
and we aren't all friends
but- we care and help each other
in any shape or form...

and I know its not the best
but Albertville is where I come from
and it will always be the best
and I shall love it
without any kind of rest
and I thank everybody
