Sonny de la Vega X Reader
----------------------
The blackout had lasted 12 hours to the minute.
Laid up against the, now fixed, grate, outside the store, Sonny and Graffiti Pete were exhausted. They'd been protecting The Bodega all night, and all they wanted was to sleep. Graffiti Pete wouldn't let that happen. No matter how tired he was. It was still dark, and thieves could come and try to break in again.
"Ey!" Graffiti Pete nudged a dozing Sonny, yelling over the fireworks. "Wake up!"
"I'm up. I'm up." Sonny slurred, too tired to actually pronounce the words.
"It's almost light out." Pete informed. Looking at the sun rising fast in the east.
"Yeah." Sonny responded, rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
"I haven't seen the stars in such a long time." Graffiti Pete confessed, smiling, his eyes lighting up with the colors of the fireworks.
"Me neither." Sonny agreed with a deep sigh.
"It's beautiful." Pete reached towards the bag full of Roman candles, taking out his drawing pad. "I'm gonna draw it."
"Go for it." Sonny said, laying back and looking up at the stars. After all, this might be the last time he saw them for a long time. He wanted to remember them... but he couldn't keep his eyes open. The fireworks acting as a lullaby... A really loud lullaby, but a lullaby no less.
"So tired." He thought, his eyes slowly closing.
Just as they closed, a flash of light and a loud boom woke him back up, but this time it was different. Sonny jumped, the baseball bat rolled out of his lap and onto the ground. The sound was followed with a crash, and in no time, the light from the sun, took over the dark, and there was no trace of what just happened.
"Did- Did you see that?" Sonny asked, standing up and picking up the bat again.
Pete hurriedly drew on his drawing pad, "Umm... yeah, who wouldn't! It was huge!"
Sonny looked from the place the thing, whatever it was, crashed, then back to Graffiti Pete, "What are you doing?"
"Drawing it."
"Well, stop, and get your butt up, we have to follow it! I think it crashed over at in the park." Sonny said, taking Pete by the arm and dragging him towards the park.

Surprisingly, the park wasn't swamped with police cars, the CIA, and firefighters (considering whatever landed was on fire a few minutes ago), so it was pretty easy for them to sneak in.
Graffiti Pete, who hadn't looked up from his pad since they left the Bodega, looked skeptical as they approached the large hole in the middle of the park, "Sonny... I know I once told you I would follow you anywhere, but this doesn't feel right."
"Pete, it'll be fine." Sonny kept walking til he got to the edge of the hole. "We're just gonna check it out, and if it is nothing, then we'll leave. It'll be like we were never here."
"Okay." Pete starting following him towards the hole again, then stopped, again. "Wait. What happens if we find something?"
Sonny shrugged, and started sliding carefully down the crater.
"Sonny?" Graffiti Pete groaned and put his drawing pad back into his pack, and following Sonny down the hole. "I'm gonna regret this."
You were flying over the last solar system til you reached you own, looking out of the window, you saw Earth. A primitive planet full of primitive organisms... well... except for ones in their volcanoes and deep in their seas. They were ones to look out for.
