Lily's POV; I sat on the floor just rethinking what had happened. One minuet we're kissing the next I'm kicking him out. I placed my head into my hands and sighed deeply. I got up since I still had to get ready for this party.
I went to my room and got ready. Jack texted me last minuet notifying me that it was a costume party. And I literally had no ideas. Then one came to mind. I put my hair up in a high ponytail and curled the ends. I put a bandana and tied it in my head. I grabbed a plaid flannel and a blue strapless bra/croptop. I put some shorts on and paired it with some red old skool vans.
I finished and I put on some red lipstick finishing the look. I walked out and grabbed my phone from the charger. It was fully charged and I just waited for Jack to arrive. I waited about 10 minuets and there was a knock on the door. I opened it and it was jack in an orange jumpsuit.
He hadn't shaved so he had a bit of a stubble and he had a "cut" right above his eyebrow. He sure did play the look of a prisoner well. He looked at me and smirked "You lookin fine tonight."he said.
I chuckled and playfully punched his arm. We both walked downstairs and into the Uber he had ordered for us. We were on the way to the party and I was just looking out the window the whole ride.
We finally got to the big house and we walked together. That's the thing about Jack, he is attractive. But he's my best friend he's like my whole other half. He's my brother basically. But no one got the memo of us not dating and everyone thinks we are.
We walked inside and we went to the kitchen. I grabbed a water while he grabbed a beer. We danced and drank our worries away. I was sitting on the couch and Madi came up to me.
"Girllllll!! I didn't know you were here"she yelled over the music.
"I've been here."I also yelled.
We both laughed and she sat on the couch too. She told me to pose for a picture, and she sent me the picture I looked bomb so I decided to post it on IG.

I looked up from my phone and Madi was staring at me smirking. I sighed and just mouthed 'I'll explain later.' I got up and went to the bathroom. Surprisingly there was no line so I just walked in. I locked it and did my business, I washed my hands and dried them.
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. I walked back out confidently. I haven't enjoyed how my body looks just because of all the bullying and the fact that I have bruises on me from something that I should of ovoided.
While I'm deep in my thoughts I walk into something hard. I look up to say sorry the person I walked into. As I looked up the person was already looking at me smirking. The one and only Skies was the person I had to walk into.
But he wasn't alone he had a girl wrapped around him. "Sorry."I yelled.
"It's fine ma."he yelled back winking.
I rolled my eyes. "Oh this is my girl. Alyssa this is Lily. Lily this is Alyssa." He said.
The girl unwrapped herself from Skies and looked at me up and down. "Can I talk to you outside?"she asked in a weird tone.
I shrugged and followed her outside. We passed by Madi and she gave me a confused look. I just shrugged and kept following the small girl. We got outside and she whipped her head my way.
"Stay away from my man."she said.
"If this is what you wasted my time for then fuck off and never talk to me again."I said back in a harsh way.
"You can't talk to me that way bitch."she said grabbing my arm.
I harshly pulled my arm away from hers. "Don't you fucking touch me like that ever again."
"Or what you won't do shit because you aren't about that action."she crossed her hands.
I didn't want to do this because I left this shit in the past. But I walked over to her since we had some space between us and I punched her in the jaw. She fell to the floor and grabbed ahold of her jaw.
She quickly got back up and ran to me grabbing my hair. I kept punching and we heard people run over to us they started recording and yelling. Soon enough someone is pulling us apart. She let go of my hair finally and I let go of her face.
I see Skies holding his girl and I see Jack holding me. Jack took me inside with Madi. Madi ordered an Uber and it would be here in 5 mins. Jack got me an ice pack for my lip that she managed to bust. But her face was a lot worse than mine.
I see Skies and his girl pass us and he looked over at me smirking. I shook my head and Madi told us our Uber was here. We walked outside and Jack came with us. I had an extra bedroom so they would both stay with me.
We went into the Uber and I was very tired since it was 3 in the morning when we left. I laid my head on Jack's shoulder and looked at my fingers in my lap. Ever since this guy came into my life I've been acting out.
We finally got to my apartment and Madi was on Jack's back since her feet hurt from the heels she's been wearing all night. I unlocked my door and I immediately went to my bed and fell asleep as my head came in contact with the pillow.
I feel the other side of my bed sink and they put the blanket over us.
Saturday 10:27 am...
I woke up to the sun peeking through the curtains. I rolled over expecting someone to be there but there wasn't anyone there. I got up in confusion I grabbed my phone that was on my side table.
I had 3 texts from Madi, Jack, and an unknown number.
Madi💕: Hey girly, I left around 9 because I had to go home and get ready for a meeting I have. Sorry, but I'll talk to you later. ☺️
Jack🤪: Lily I left since your bitch ass didn't wake up and I was hungry. So I went home to get some shit see you tomorrow😌

I laughed at Jacks text and I replied to both Jack and Madi. But the last one made me feel like I've heard that from somewhere. That's when I knew that LilSkies had texted me.
