Jason immediately woke up for the 7th time (I don't know if I said it,Sam has been on Camp for about a week) when he heard me scream,which was pretty funny since he was wearing his superman pygama's while holding his sword,"Sam what happened?,are you okay?"
I nodded,"j-just a d-dream" I said shakily,I've been at Camp Half blood for a week now and its always the same dream Jake was captured by Gaia she was using him as bait,I couldn't forgive myself if something happened to him and was my fault,"do you want to talk about it?" Jason asked me,I shook my head,"maybe tomorrow" I replied,he nodded understandingly and I closed my eyes again only to be welcomed by the same nightmare.
In the morning,Me and Jason went to get breakfast,on the way I saw Repair boy,"hey Sam,wow! You look like Nico without sleep,what happend?" Leo asked,"gee Leo thats a really nice thing to say" I yawned,"are you going to tell me or not?"
I shrugged,"bad dreams",he nodded as if he had them before which most probably Leo did,I told him the nightmare I had,since I arrived at camp Leo's been with me every single step,he's fun to hang out with,not to mention his annoying jokes which I find really funny,"I think you should tell Chiron about the nightmare" Leo advised, "Demigod dreams always mean something"
I nodded and went to the big house
"Chiron I have to tell you something" I advised,he urged me to go on and I did,I told him all about my dream,Jake,Gaia,his face went pale
"Chiron I have to save him" I admitted,I knew that this quest would be dangerous but Jake was being held captive because of me and I couldn't leave him there,"Sam I understand that you want to save Jake,I do too,but you can't bargain with Gaia she's the mother of the titans and giants,she'll kill your friend before you even get to him,I'm sorry Sam but if there's a reason Gaia wants you,you can't go"
I was angry,small amounts of lightning began sparking on my hand,I took a deep breath,to calm down,"its my fault he's there" I advised,"if anyone's got to save him it should be me",Chiron still shook his head,"you better go have some breakfast" with that I got out,slammed the door and began my plan to get Jake back.
The day went by more quicker than I expected,right after breakfast,Chiron announced who would be going on the quest,Jason,Piper,Percy,Annabeth and Leo were going since the other two were at the other Camp,I trained,had lunch trained and had dinner,right after dinner I began packing,my plan was easy since the 7 or in this case 5 were leaving tonight on the Argo II,I was sneaking on the ship secretly,I know it sounds wrong but what would you do if your best friend who you knew for two grades is suddenly captured and was being kept as bait because of you,wouldn't you go and save him?..........Yeah that's what I thought.
I packed my things like extra ambroisa,nectar,water,food,I also checked that no one was awake and walked out,when I heard the harpies I quickly hid behind some straw that was in the stables,
*10 minutes later*
The Harpies were finally gone,I was about to leave when someone grabbed my arm.
"Sam what are you doing here?" Leo asked
"I...um"
I didn't know what to say
