One line is a no and two lines are a yes. The emotions running throughout me were slightly making me dizzy. I sat on the edge of my bed, so much anticipation and desperation. I didn't know whether to be excited or completely scared. I could taste the metallic taste in my mouth as I bit down on my lip. I never thought five minutes could feel like an eternity.

I stood up from my bed and slowly walked back into the bathroom. My eyes scanned the bathroom counter and my heart dropped. Both of them had two lines. My back hit that bathroom wall as the tears began to fall. I fell to my knees as a loud sob left my lips. I leaned my back against the wall, pulling my knees into my chest. How could I do this to myself?

I heard footsteps but I didn't bother getting up. My vision was blurry and my hand was covering my mouth, as I was still in shock. "No, This is not happening to me." I whispered to myself.

"Liliana, what's-" my brother's voice stopped short as his eyes trailed over the two white sticks laying on the counter. "What the fuck??" he whispered under his breath. I continued to cry as I laid on the bathroom floor in my own puddle of tears.

I'm not telling Brandon. Not right now. He's probably asleep. It's already 10 and he goes to bed early when he isn't busy producing or in the studio. I didn't bother seeing where my brother went to. Wait, what if he tells Brandon? "NICK." I yelled, knowing he was going to.

Just as I suspected, he stood in his room, packing stuff into a suitcase. "What?" he stopped what he was doing and tuned around, his jaw clenched.

"If you're doing what I think you're doing, you're not going to Texas." I said, my breathing jagged from crying.

"Yes I am. He knocked my sister up. I'm gonna beat the fucking shit out of him." he said, pushing past me.

"No," I cried as I followed him out the room, "You can't. Please Nick, please." I said, falling to my knees in the middle of the hallway. My sobs took over my body, shaking me relentlessly.

I just kept mumbling 'no' as he wrapped his arms around my shaking body. I was lifted off the ground and carried somewhere. I didn't even bother looking. It was probably the least of my worries at the moment.

"You're gonna have to tell him, Lily. I know you. You'll try to keep it a secret for as long as you can." Nick said, as I was placed on my bed.

"That's my job to tell him, Not yours." I hissed, pulling my knees to my chest as I sat on my bed. "I'm sorry." I said, realizing what I had just done. "Why Me?" I questioned.

"I don't know, baby sister. I don't know."
