Come Back (11 pt.2)

This is where you met Taehyung and Jungkook, so you're about seven years old here.

Taehyung's P.O.V.

I can't wait for the wedding ceremony! My mother is going to get married and hopefully she stays happy this time around.

When I saw my mom in the kitchen, I put on the best smile I could just for her.

"Hello sweetie, are you excited for the wedding tomorrow?"

"Yes I am!" I wanted my mom to be happy so that I could be happy too.

"Can kookie come along too?" She raised an eyebrow. Oh right, she doesn't know the nicknames Jungkook and I made.

"I meant Jungkook, can he come?" I pouted hoping that she would say yes.

"Of course he's coming! I left Jungkook's mother an invitation, so don't you worry." Oh no, mom's going after my cheeks again!

"Eomma!" She let go of my cheeks and kissed them instead. I rubbed on the part of my pinched cheek and pouted again.

I then asked what she was cooking. Mom gave me a piece of beef from the frying pan. It tastes delicious!

"Can I have more?" I asked.

"Wait until I'm done ok?" I smiled and nodded my head, humming in response.

*The next day*

I woke up feeling energized, but why?

I opened my bedroom door and walked across the hallway to mom's room. I knocked first.

Was I up too early? The sun's barely shining at all when I looked out the window.

I opened the door and found my mom still asleep.

Oh, I shouldn't be awake right now.

I closed the door and went back to my room. I got back into my bed feeling the comforting cushions hit my face.

"Wake up Taehyung, you need to get ready now! It's the big day!" I opened up my heavy eye lids and then widened them. Today's the wedding!

I'm walking around the field of grass and flowers waiting for Jungkook to arrive.

He's taking too long. It looks like everyone else is here. There's a really big crowd of people. I sat down on the grass and looked through the crowd to see if I could find Jungkook.

While looking for him, someone caught my eye. It's a girl around my age. She looks so pretty. Should I talk to her?

"TaeTae!" I heard Jungkook creeping up from behind me. Before I could turn around, he jumped on me.

"Kookie! What took you so long to get here?" Jungkook looked at another way and starts to whistle. I furrow my eyebrows and tried to get his eyes to focus on me. I started to wave my hands in front of his face.

"Hmph," I crossed my arms and started to walk to a chair that's by my aunt.

"Hey, wait for me. Do you want to know why I'm late?" Jungkook catched up to me and now tried to get my attention. I stopped moving and waited for him to say something.

"I overslept and mom got stuck in traffic. Are you happy now?" I guess I'm satisfied with Jungkook's answer. I gave him a thumbs up and smiled.

"H-hello, I hope I'm not bothering you two, but can I join in whatever you're doing?" I heard a girls voice behind me. I turned around and saw the same girl that I saw earlier.

I felt heat rising on my cheeks. What is this feeling?

"Y-yeah sure. You could hang out with us. You could call me Tae and he's Kookie. What's y-your name?" Why am I stuttering?

The shorter girl smiled brightly when I said that she could come join us. It looks like Jungkook doesn't know what to say.

"My name's Y/N. Nice to meet you two!" Ah, her name's Y/N... that has a nice ring to it.

Then I heard bells ringing and then music playing. Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something?

"Guys, the weddings starting!" Y/N and Jungkook looked at me and then they start to run back to their seats.

I sat beside my aunt and saw that everyone's looking at the back. I turned my head and saw my mom in a dress.

The wedding ceremony ended so now it's time for FOOD and CAKE!

I saw the people who were serving food to everyone. I was served first because I'm part of the family.

Then finally the wedding was over and my aunt told me that I had to stay with her. I asked her why and she said something about a honeymoon, whatever that is.

The last thing I saw was Y/N talking to this other boy. I furrowed my eyebrows at the sight of them together.

What is this feeling?

I'll just ignore it.

"Look at me TaeTae!" I turned my head and gasped. I saw Jungkook sitting on a tree branch. I want to join. "Stay there, I'm coming,"

I went to the tree that Jungkook's at. I climbed up the tree and sat on the tree branch Jungkook's on. I took in the view from up here. We're not that high up but the lake looked so beautiful from up here. It's shining and I almost forgot that Jungkook was beside me.

"Can Chanyeol and I join you two?" I looked down from the tree and saw Y/N... she's also with that guy again, and his name is apparently Chanyeol. I didn't want him to come up here.

"Yeah sure, just let me make some space." This time Jungkook spoke, and I didn't like his answer.

He scooted over to me to make some room.

Y/N started to climb the tree and it looked like she got stuck along the way.

"Y/N, sit on the branch closest to you, ok? Chanyeol, take my spot." I climbed down the other side of the tree and sat by Y/N. I start to feel that weird sensation start to fill me.

Why is it whenever I'm by her, I keep feeling these new emotions? I don't know what it is.

"Taehyung, right? I'm not sure if you've noticed but, I'm your brother from now on." I widened my eyes.

No one said Chanyeol would be my brother. I have never met him before. Why didn't my mom tell me this before. It's so unfair!

"Taehyung get off of that tree! The same goes for you three."

*a few years later*

"Y/N..." I said her name on the verge of tears.

Why did she leave? Why is everything in my life going upside down? Y/N was my only light to grasp onto... and now she's gone.

First, my mother's getting abused by my stepfather, then I find out that my 'brother' doesn't even care about it, at least from what I'm getting. Now my princess is gone. Although she's been gone for a while, it all still hurts.

Why?

It all started that wedding day, yet I didn't notice. Chanyeol will never be my brother. He ruined me.

I clearly saw the way Y/N looked at him.

I fucking hate him for ruining everything for me, my life.

I will get back at you Chanyeol. But until Y/N comes back, I'll spare your life.
