Parents dropping off their children, adults going to work, people traveling. It was a normal day like always, that was until
~Scientist have discovered a new virus. It is the product of a brain virus and rabies virus~
This news got spread around fast eventually leading to it being the only thing talked about. This new but small discovery would eventually lead to something huge.

"Don't forget to read those pages for tomorrow's quiz. That's all for today's class" Mr. Smith reminded everyone as the bell rang. Racing out of the classroom I headed over to where my friends and I usually meet up. When I got there, my friend Becca and her boyfriend, Jake, were there kissing
"Get a room you two," I told them. They pulled apart looking at me before Jake headed to the lunchroom
"Athena, do you have any plans for this afternoon?" Becca asked leaning herself against the locker as she faced me
" Besides helping my dad clean his guns, no. What about you?" She shrugged we headed to the lunchroom to get food.
"Maybe going to the mall, I do need some new jeans," she said before eating her pizza
"Don't you have e--AH!" I screamed as someone surprised from behind
"Hey Annabeth," Natalie said letting me go. I waved at Natalie as she sat down beside me
"You have enough jeans, don't you?" I continued Becca nodded
"Yeah but these are super cute" she took another bite, "Plus they're on sale" she added. I shook my head
"You're so weird" we continued to talk until the bell rang for lunch to be over.
The rest of the schoolday was boring but normal. When I got home, I did my homework before helping my dad then the news came on
~An attack happened over at Blue Mall today. Two people were involved, one was bitten in the neck by the other. This resulted in that person dying at the scene while the other was shot as they refused to surrender~
Dad stopped cleaning the gun he had "Strange attack" he commented before returning to his work
"Agreed," I muttered looking at the screen.
When we were done, I went and got online as this hasn't been the first attack. There have been several other attacks that have happened. Each one weirder than before. As I searched deeper I came across this scientist's blog. Looking at the most recent post it was updated a few hours ago
'Today in the lab, we looked at Virus Z further.' The more I read the more curious I got.
