Chapter 2 (Past)

*flashback in the Cybertron*

Orion was late for his meeting with Megatronus. He panted as he reach there and Megatronus was waiting for him,"There you are. What took you so long?" Orion panted,"My apologies. I can't find my notes. It took hours for me to find it" Megatronus chuckled,"Well come in, I would like to introduce you to someone" He said as he let him in the training room. In the training room, there was a femme, training with another mech.

Orion gazed at the femme. The femme has a sky blue optics, orange and yellow on her body. The femme stopped her training as she took a rest. The mech sat down and rested as well

Orion looked at Megatronus,"Who is the femme there?" He asked, wondering. He chuckled,"Well that's the femme I would like you to introduce. Her name is Marion. She will be your new assistant" Orion surprised,"M-My assistant? But Megatronus, I don't need an assistant. Really" "But you will need her one day. Well she may look like a warrior but she's actually clumsy and shy when she's around everyone"

Marion turned to look at Orion and Megatronus. She smiled at them. Her smile was warm and it's made Orion's spark melt. He have not seen a smile like this warm before. She walked to them,"Greetings, Megatronus. Is this the person you would want to introduce to me?" She said. Her voice was soft yet gentle. He nodded,"This is Orion Pax. He works in the Iacon and I find that you two will be a great bonding" She chuckled,"Nice to meet you, Orion" She held out her servo and Orion shook her servo.

After the meeting, Marion looked at Orion, almost as tall as him. "He told you that I'm your assistant now right?" He nodded,"yes he did. I never thought I would have an assistant before". She smiled,"well you have me" He smiled back as they went home.

Few years passed by, Orion slowly had feelings for Marion. Orion had confess her and she did the same to him as well. They became sparkmates. Until the day where Orion walked to the Prime Council and talked to the Primes and became one of them. His name was now Optimus Prime. He requested to the Primes if Marion would be one of them as well. Marion may had been a clumsy femme but has a righteous spark for their species. So she became of them as well and her name was now Starfire Prime. Megatronus who now had not been a prime as his pride had him

They were still sparkmates until... War appeared between Optimus and Megatron. Optimus and Starfire fought for their people until war was ended. But sadly in the end, Starfire disappeared. Optimus looked for her everywhere but was nowhere to be found and he reconsider that she was dead..

He cried silently, losing his one true sparkmate. He could have been there for her but he was busy fighting with Megatron. After been sent to Earth, Optimus has slowly forgetting his past and his sparkmate. But he didn't knew that she was still alive.

Starfire however was in the ship, coordinates to Earth. A signal appeared as Optimus went through the ground bridge and saw her coming out from it. He was happy to see her but she wasn't.. She knew that Optimus might be forgetting her after reconsider that he thought she was dead. He let her stayed in the base but they have not talk for a while until now...
