Daughter of Apollo

A/N- As hinted at by the title, this takes place in Rick Riordan's percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus world. Though I do not plan on including any of the main characters in the story and will probably at most mention heads of cabins, that sort of thing. The idea for the plot is mine, however the world it takes place in, sadly, is not. 

Jennifer, ugh she hates that name, has never been incredibly fond of the sun, at least not since she discovered ninjas, the color black, and creepy things. Jen has always been more focused and awake at night- especially if she hasn't been up all day. It's always just been her and her mom, so when she runs away from home, and gets confronted by a homeless guy, she thinks she's done for. Her fear gets worse when this guy kindly gives her a message: Follow the goat trail. 

Thouroughly creeped by this (and convinced he was a crazy hobo), she ignores him- until she accidentally walks into the guys bathroom and right into a kind gentleman. She knows that he wants her to come with him, and having not much else in the way of hope, she grudgingly agrees. Not too long into the trip, she finds out that her travel partner is half goat, which she is completely weirded out by. Then, as if the Fates hate her, when they arrive at "Camp Half-Blood", she is claimed by- guess who? - The friggen SUN god. Could her life GET worse? Always.
