April's POV
Jack said he was just leaving 2 hours ago and he still isn't here. I walked downstairs to find my mum, drunk.
"Thought you'd be gone by now" I stood there in silence and she got up too me and slapped me, hard. I fell on the floor as I heard Cameron walk down the stairs.
"Mum get out" She got off her bar stool and walked out the door,
"Are you okay?"
"Yes" I got off the floor and walked to my room,
"April, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, I'm great, I'm fine"
"Then pull up your sleeves" I rolled them up and he brushed his finger, lightly, over them. He pulled me into a hug and then I sat down.
