Cameron's POV
I came home to find my parents arguing, again.
"It's not my fault she's failing"
"Shes your fucking daughter"
"No, she's ours"
"April come down here"
I heard her light footsteps coming down the stairs,
"What is this letter?" She looked down,as our dad looked at her,
"I dont know"
"Your failing at school, you stupid girl, your worthless to us, not even your own parents love you"
She started to cry as my own mother started to edge towards her, whispering something to my dad.
Slap
She fell too the floor as my mother and father walked out our house.
"Are you ok?" I asked still astonished by the events that had just happened, she nodded and walked upstairs.
"Hey, let's have a sleepover?"
"Ok"
"I'll be in your room soon"
"I'm taking a shower so I'll see you when I get out"
I walked into her room and looked around.
The walls were light blue and she had drew quotes all over them some saying things like , 'stay strong' , 'even in this gloomy weather it can't rain forever'.
I sat on the window seat as April came out of the bathroom in an oversized top and shorts.
"Let's make popcorn"
"Nah, I'm not hungry"
"Oh, April how much do you weigh?"
"Too much"
She sat down on her bed as I put in the film. She soon fell asleep.

This is kinda a fill in chapter, I'm so sorry it's short but it's midnight, I have a headache and my school term starts tommarow :(
