Chapter 5
July 18th

"Are you sure he's going to be here" I whispered to Karla
"Yes he would of just had rugby training and will be coming in here. Now shush or they will hear us"

Why. Why did we have to hide in the boys locker room. I should of just been upfront with Tom and asked him what was up with us. That way I wouldn't be standing in the most disgusting bathroom ever which is about to get worse when all the boys rugby team come in all sweaty and gross.

Suddenly the room starts to shake as all the boys come pounding in through the doors and the most horrible stench of mud and sweat wafts through the airs towards us. I know I'll b having two showers when I get home to get rid of the smell.

"Breath through your nose it helps a bit" Karla whispers to me.

Taking her advice I tried breathing quietly so the boys didn't realise that there were two girls hiding in the cleaners cupboard in their change room. Now all we have to do is wait.

20 minutes later

Finally all the boys were showered and had left, all that was left was Tom and another boy called Nate. They were just standing around packing up their rugby gear when suddenly Nate started a conversation, one which I wish I never heard.
"So how's Katie?! Wink wink nudge nudge ehhhh" Nate smirked at Tom
"Shut up the others might hear you" Tom quickly replied " but boy is she a good kisser... better than Lottie."

With that said I felt like my heart had suddenly slipped out and had shattered into a million tiny pieces like a glass chandelier on the ground. If it weren't for Karla holding me up, i would of crumpled to the ground and would of started to violently shake with rivers coming down my face.

And if that sentence wasnt heart breaking enough Tom just had to continue by saying,
"It was easy though, getting her to fall in love with me. She was putty in my hands. I'm glad I've got Katie. She is the real one worth my time." Tom smirked.
" Yeah she is way hotter than Charlie anyway"

Katie was a bitch to put it nicely. She had bullied me for several years now all because I'm half the size of her and she's just jealous of my size which doesn't even make sense to me.

" Oh and the bet just made the whole deal sweeter." Tom laughed.
" Yeah I bet it did when you just gained yourself $100"

And that ladies and gentlemen is when I collapsed to the ground.
