The triplets are still sleeping, Desmond wakes up and freaks out starting to shake Tealia "hunny, Paul still needs to go to school. "Tealia opens one eye "But it's court day." as she rolls over and goes back to sleep. Desmond shakes her more and said, "you know how Paul is when he sits in long places, so get up women!" He pushed her out of the bed. Tealia fell on the floor with a thud and she groaned and eventually got up and heads downstairs. Tealia gets downstairs to see Paul already waiting for breakfast, Paul "mommy why can't we have cereal?" Tealia responds "we keeping forgetting it." Tealia makes Paula toaster strudel. Paul gets ready for school, "mommy I'm ready." Tealia "yes sweety." in a very tired voice. Tealia gets Paul into the car and gets in the car. Five minutes later they are at Sacred Hearts Elementary school. Tealia gets back home and passes right back out.
At 11:15 A.M. Tealia goes and wakes up Bloom, Healia, and Celia up makes them their toaster strudels, the girls go and take a shower, Bloom goes first when Bloom finishes as she is getting dressed Celia gets in when she gets down as Celia is getting dressed Healia gets in, in the middle of her shower Tealia, Celia, and Bloom all here "damn it, Bradley, I'm naked." ghost Bradley "just go out on a date with me." Tealia runs in looking around "why don't you just haunt your own parents?" Bradleys say "no, never" then disappears. Tealia "finish your shower sweetheart" Healia "I will." finishes her shower. All three after their shower all get in the car.
10 minutes later they arrive at the courthouse and see the driver and their lawyer. The Bailiff calls out case #142 Bradley's parents vs. Healia and Tealia.
1:00 P.M.
Angry Judge: ugh! not this again.
Bayliff: -whispers- this is the final case for Bradley's parents
Judge: they are late again and they are representing their self so they're gonna fail
Healia and Tealia: it's their fault
Bradleys parents: no, it's their fault

15 minutes later 1:15 P.M.

Judge: order in the court, Mrs. Tealia where's your evidence. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley's parents where is your evidence.
Tealia: yes we do, the driver saw everything, and we have pictures of Bradley's bruises and broken bones.
Bradley's parents: no we don't, and the driver doesn't count as evidence where also did they get pictures of bruises and broken bones.
Tealia: does it matter where we got the
Judge: I demand order in my court. Mrs.Tealia, Miss. Healia you may show us your evidence.
Healia: hands the Bailiff the folder to give to the judge.
Judge: looks at the evidence, "driver of the truck can you come up and explain what you saw.
Driver: "I saw Healia coming and stepped on the breaks and heard a thump I got out and checked saw the little boy lying dead on the road."
Judge: okay Mr, now we call Healia to the stand, Mrs.Healia can you tell us what you saw?
Healia: I was multitasking than all I saw was lights and Bradley
Judge: Bradley's parents you may come up, and tell us your side of the story.
Bradley's parents: we were watching out the window that's when we heard the screech, and the horn, so they ran outside, and go check out what the noise was.
Judge: "we're going to go, and judge your fate, gathering up all the evidence, goes out into the jury room with the jury
1:30 P.M.
Judge: so who thinks that the driver is at fault raise your hand.
3 people raise their hand
Judge: ok 3 who thinks Bradley's parents are at fault
All 6 people raise their hand
Judge: ok the 3 people that raised their hand for the driver explain for the driver

Judge: okay the people who voted for Bradley's parents explain?

everyone walks out of the jury room back into the courtroom
Judge: we came to a decision that the plaintiff Healia and the driver are not guilty of killing Bradley
Bradleys parents got all pissed
Judge: Bradley's parents are guilty of neglect and false accusations towards Healia and abuse towards Bradley, they are sentenced to a class B misdemeanor up to 10 years in prison no probation
Bailiff: policeman place these people under arrest
Bradley's parents: "this is not fair."
Police officer: put your hands behind your backs Mr., and Mrs. you're under arrest for neglect, abuse, and false accusations
3:00 P.M.
Judge: you are all dismissed
Everyone: Thank god that's over I didn't think it would ever end
3:30 P.M.
After they got out of the courthouse they took Healia, Celia, and Bloom, and walk across the street to get Paul from Angel's house, when they get to Angel's house Micheal asks Desmond and Tealia "so how is Healia doing?" Tealia "she's doing fine she is relieved that this whole thing is over with Bradley's parents and maybe Bradley will stop stalking her." Micheal "that's good at least you don't have to deal with those horrible people anymore." When they get home Desmond starts making the four different lasagnas, at 6:00 P.M. Paul, Healia, Celia, and Bloom come down "daddy how much longer, Celia your's is done, Healia your's is in the oven, Bloom your's is next, Paul, you need to learn patience youngest goes last, no complaints." at 6:05 P.M. Celia and Healia have theirs in front of them, Blooms gets put in the oven, 6:50 P.M. Desmond puts Blooms in front of her and starts Pauls, at 7:35 P.M., Desmond puts Paul's in front of him, Desmond says "okay kids dinner is done you can eat now." Healia, Celia, Bloom, and Paul eat diner Desmond look's over at Tealia "hunny the girls are going to start tomorrow o no shark week." everyone finishes their dinner then Healia, Celia, Bloom, and Paul clean up, and go to bed.
