The kidnappers call Sakura "we are letting Holli and Molli go they are really annoying." Sakura "ok well they are little kids, I don't think you thought this thing out." The kidnappers hang up, Sakura waits at the door, meanwhile Celia, Healia, and Bloom are at school Zach and Jean are hanging with Celia, Healia, and Bloom secretly trying to see if Jimmy will want to be Blooms boyfriend, Healia "so where do you guys think Holli and Molli are at?" Celia "probably just hiding somewhere seeing if their parents will miss them." Bloom "I heard dad saying to Aunt Sakura something about I don't think Daisuke would do something like that, I don't know what they were talking about." Healia and Celia "you didn't think to ask?" Bloom "I didn't want him to think I was eavesdropping so I didn't say anything." at school on the football field the cheerleaders and the Ravenettes were practicing but Healia, Celia, and Bloom were distracted and Healia tripped and twisted her ankle. She sat on her butt holding her ankle and said "ow" the team ran to her along with the coach and asked, "are you ok?" Healia shook her head showed her ankle was swollen and bruised. The coach said, "you need to have that looked at and It's a good thing that we have a hands-on Doctor." The coach called Desmond to the field to look at Healias ankle.
Desmond gets to the school sees Healia is hurt, Desmond picks up Healia takes her to the car telling Celia and Bloom "it's time to go home, Healia just twisted her ankle he'll wrap it when they get home, Healia just needs to take it easy for a little bit." Celia and Bloom get in the car, 10 minutes later they get home, Desmond carries Healia into their room, Desmond wraps Healias ankle tells her "stay in bed Paul will bring up your dinner." Desmond kisses the girls on the head. "Know I need to go back to work, Tealia will be home soon to make Dinner." Celia and Bloom look at Healia, they start helping her take off her cheer uniform, Healia takes off her top, they give her a change of clothes, Healia gets dressed and just lays in bed waiting for dinner to be brought up to her. Celia and Bloom go downstairs and wait on Tealia to get home and make dinner.
Tealia gets home sees Celia and Bloom Tealia asks "where is Healia?" Celia and Bloom answer in the creepy talking at the same time thing "she's upstairs laying in bed she twisted her ankle during cheer practice, dad told her to take it easy, Paul should bring up her dinner." Tealia goes upstairs sees Healia laying in bed, Tealia goes over and kisses Healia on the head then goes downstairs to cook.
6:00 P.M. Tealia finishes making dinner, Paul takes dinner up to Healia, after Paul goes downstairs, Celia, Bloom, and Paul eat their food, Celia and Bloom finish their food go upstairs get Healias dirty dishes, take them downstairs, Celia and Bloom get ready for bed then go to sleep.
