Healia, Celia, and Bloom wake up, Celia and Bloom help Healia get ready for school after Healia gets dressed, Healia hobbles downstairs, Desmond goes up to Healia, Desmond unwraps Healias ankle and he changes her ace bandage, Desmond looks at Bloom and Celia "you two should let her lean on you a little while at school, I can't get her crutches until she comes into the Doctor's office after school today, don't forget it's taco Tuesday tonight, so Healia can't eat in your guys room tonight." Celia and Bloom "ok daddy" Healia hobbles to the car, and Celia and Bloom help her in. Healia looks at Desmond "why can't I go now it hurts a lot!" Desmond gets to the school, looks at Healia "your mom wants you to go to school, I'm sorry sweety." "ok daddy" they get out of the car, Healia leans against Celia and hobbles a little to Math class, 30 minutes later they go to English class, 30 minutes later the triplets split up with Bloom, Healia leans against Celia as they walk into cheer class, Healia sits on the benches as Celia gets her an ice pack, Healia puts it on her ankle as Celia goes and stretches, the coach walks in sees Healia sitting on the benches and looks over at Celia and says, "Ok girls, lets start practicing our cheer routine." Celia starts practicing with the rest of the girls while Healia was watching them practicing. After their cheer class they met back up with Bloom, Zach, and Sean, Healia leans up against Zach as they start heading to lunch, they eat lunch and after lunch, they went to cooking class. At 2:30 pm Tealia picks up the triplets then 5 minutes later pick up Paul, Tealia drops Paul and Celia and Bloom off at home then Tealia takes Healia to go see Dr. Trevor.
At the Dr's office Tealia helps Healia into the Dr's office checks her in, Nurse Angela calls Healia in, Nurse Angela asks Healia "What happened?" Healia explains "I was at cheer practice, I and my sisters were distracted by something and I fell, Desmond said I twisted my ankle, but it hurts way too much when I walk." Nurse Angela starts to undo her ace bandage, when Nurse Angela gets it off she sees that Healias ankle is bruised and badly swollen "ok wait here let me get Dr.Trevor" Nurse Angela gets Dr.Trevor, Dr.Trevor walks in sees Healias ankle "ok we need to get an x-ray of that ankle, your dad said you just twisted it, that looks a little worse than a twisted ankle." Nurse Angela goes and gets Healia a wheelchair, Nurse Angela set Healia in the wheelchair and wheels her to the x-ray room to x-ray her ankle. An hour to thirty minutes later, Dr. Trevor comes in and look at Healia and said, " It's only a twisted ankle so don't put pressure on it." Dr. Trevor rewraps her ankle with an ace bandage and ankle support wrap, Dr. Trevor helps Healia up and he helps her back to Tealia. Dr. Trevor gives Healias crutches to her to help her walk. Dr. Trevor said, "remember no pressure on your ankle and to put ice on it so that the bruises will go away." Tealia and Healia go to the car, Tealia and Healia get home, Healia goes to the kitchen gets herself a bag of ice, and puts it on her ankle.
At 5:00 P.M Tealia goes and makes tacos, at 6:00 P.M Tealia calls "the tacos are ready." Paul looks at Healia sitting on the couch, Celia, and Bloom we will get her food, Desmond said: "she can't eat in our room, he didn't say anything about the living room." Celia gets Healias taco without the tomatoes, Celia takes the taco over to Healia, Celia gets her own taco, Bloom gets her taco then Bloom gets Paul's taco, and hands it to him they go eat at the table with Healia eating on the couch. After they eat Bloom gets Paul ready for bed, At 8:00 P.M. Bloom and Celia put Paul to bed, Celia and Bloom go watch t.v. with Healia, At 9:00 P.M. Bloom, Celia, and Bloom go to bed.
