An Angels Savior

Miles apart

There was a soft hum of music in the truck as we drove to the wolves pack,
Elliot was cuddled fast asleep next to me as I had a protective wing hiding him.

"We're almost there" said what i assume was the leader or beta he had shaggy brown hair and dark looming eyes with specs of red, he was short but strong built and he had this powerful aura around him.
"Ok" I whispered softly trying not to be to loud to wake the sleeping child curled up in my lap.

"So what happened to your wing?" Asked a younger man with red hair cut into a tight cut around his head and longer spiked up at the top of his head and pale green eyes.
He was lean built but tall.

"I was shot" I say shortly I'm not giving them the whole story because I don't know it I can trust I'll tempered wolves

The car screeched to a stop and the leader of the small group turned to me with dark scary eyes
"By who!" He said darkly

"By people who captured me and Elliot" I said softly
"But who!" He said with warning in his tone meaning if I didn't answer his question he'd do something

"By a man who wanted me for his own since I was one of a kind" I whispered hoping he wouldn't hear

His eyes softened slightly "Don't worry my pack is the strongest one, you're safe with us"

"Thank you" I said

We didn't talk the rest of the way back and I was thankful for that

We finally came to a stop in front of a big castle like mansion
"Whoaaa!" Comes a little voice from my lap
Elliot is looking at the big mansion with mesmerized eyes

"We're here" comes the gruff voice in the front drawing me out of my thoughts of what can go wrong

Half way in the mansion the leader says
"My names Torrent I'm the Alpha of this back and this is my beta Devon or Dev and this is my pack house you will be staying in my place where the higher rankings live, like me Dev and my third Trish"

"Are there any kids my age around here?" Asks Elliot while he's looking around at the extremely high ceilings

"Of course but they're all at daycare right now but once they get out they would love to play with you" says Dev happily

Elliots face lights up with excitement at the mention of new friends
" They should be getting out now come on I'll lead you to them" Dev says extending his hand

At that I cover Elliot with my good wing when I feel his hesitation to grab his hand and I protectively back away

"Don't worry he wont hurt the child he's the kindest one when it cones to kids in the pack I promise no harm will come to him" says Torrent

I slowly fold my wing back away from Elliots small frame and give him and encouraged nod towards Dev.
He smiles and grabs his hand and they go off looking for the packs children

"Come with me, we need to get that infected wing looked at" Torrent says softly

I follow him deeper into the mansion
"So where do you live" he asks while giving me a side glance
" I lived with my family in Hollywood"
I say while looking at my surroundings just incase its a trap

"By the looks of that ring you're married" he grunts in distaste

I look down at my small finger and smile to myself and play with the beautiful ring that rests upon it and I whisper sadly
"Yeah"

I didn't realize we'd stopped until i run into Torrents back
He's looking down at me with sympathy
"What happened" he asks softly

"I was taken from him, I haven't seen him in so long...I m-miss him" I say my voice cracking at the end

"I know how you feel,... my mate was taken from me by an enemy pack....they killed her that night hoping I would die of depression and sadness from losing her, but I couldn't leave our son" he said his eyes glazing over from the tears threatening to spill

"Im sorry for your loss and grief" I say softly and I hug him to help him feel better, he puts his big arms around me and starts to cry.

Werewolves are strong noble creatures hard as stone but an Alpha is supposed to be stranger so when an Alpha breaks down like Torrent is, thats a rare sight.

He finally stops crying and says a quiet thank you as he leads me into a hospital looking room with bright lights and white walls

"What can I do for you Alpha?" A older man says, he has grayish hair that's thinking at the top with a clean shaven face his skin is surprisingly smooth for his age and he walks over to the Torrent and bows his head in submission

"My friend has a bullet hole that's infected her wing" Torrent says in an Alpha tone

His posture went from relaxed to tense
"You said wing?!" Asks the old man as he looks up at me quickly

I nod in hello to him and smile "my names Nicole nice to meet you"
"Well I like her already, I'm Deg" he says kindly, then he scurried off to grab tools and such for my wing

In the corner of my eye I see Torrent staring at me and as Deg comes back he stands tall and authoritative and no longer relaxed

"Ok lets get started shall we" says Deg

A long and painful hour later the would is finally cleans and cleared of the bullet and its starting to finally heal faster now by tonight I'll be able to turn my wings into its tattoo and I'll be able to fly by tomorrow

"Why didn't you tell me your name pigeon?" Torrent Asks looking at me as we find Elliot

"You never asked" I say innocently and walk faster

I hear him growl behind me and he jogs to catch up.
"Still I should have know,since I am the Alpha" he says cockily

"Well you're not my Alpha" I say and walk faster and smile to myself.
